Nice, communicative, informative and proactive owner, and very friendly and relaxing atmosphere.
Apartment was very clean, location is far from noisy downtown but close to beach, which is great.
On of the best greek restaurants in whole Greece (Evros) is very close to hotel.

Location is perfect. One or two minutes walk to beach, market, restaurants, bars.
There is parking at the side of the house, in the shade like described which is very convenient.
Rooms and facility is clean enough. There is room cleaning service every 3 days.
My room had a huge balcony with place to eat and rest.

Amazing host, she took care of us (and the kittens around). The apartment has an amazing view of the sea and mount Athos. Literally next to the beach. We stayed in Fall, it was extremely quiet and cozy. We liked the village very much and we will certainly visit for longer next time. I hope that the cats around are all doing well and found good homes. The host was very good to accommodate us for an extra night.

Sarti offers a beach that includes rocky and deeper areas to the North and more shallow entries to the South. There are calm days, but usually there is surf, and often it is quite wavey. There are, however, great other beach options nearby if you have a car. Ten minutes North is Orange beach which I cannot recommend enough (think water like Elafonissi beach on Crete or even the Caribbean -- granted the water is cooler). Twenty minutes south is Kalamitsi beach which is sheltered and will be much calmer than Sarti when the NorthEast winds are blowing. Dining in Sarti can be hit or miss. I would recommend Kotsaris, on the beach at the North end. We had consistantly great meals there.

Recommendation for Tigania beach, Hawaii beach, Kalamitsi beach. Monassu beach is one of the most organized but it is too expensive. They only offer sunbeds and sun umbrellas for different prices but nothing special other than that. There are stones at the entrance to the sea,not sand.

A place which in the past was an old fishing village and which has now developed, turning into a beautiful tourist resort. There are many shops near the accommodation and many restaurants with traditional food, but also food from international cuisine, including fast food. You can get to Sarti by car, or by renting cars or scooters. I can't give details about the local transport, because I didn't use it.

A village/city full of flowers and friendly people. The beach is with sand and the sun beds are available at a reasonable price - you just have to buy something from the beach bar and this covers the cost for the sun beds. The water is not very deep and the waves are usually not high.

Sarti is a lovely quiet village in the off season (end of April), when some good restaurants and bars are already open. Next to a beautiful sandy and clean beach. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Halkidiki are located near Sarti.

Sarti is my top location so far, from all my travels in Halkidiki. I really liked the beach, which was very clean and with soft sand. The sea was warm and having small depth on a large area. The center of Sarti is crowded in the evening, having a lot of nice restaurants and shops.

Location - if there an 11 it deserve it - opening the door making 5 steps and you are @ the beach - which is private for the hotel guests. Very quite place - you will hear only the sea but just a 2min walk from village center. Every morning there was a hand made complementary breakfast which was very very nice and delicious. Sometimes the internet do have a mind of its own, but this is the least thing you may need in such a lovely place.

The rooms were extremely clean, big and so comfortable. The owners were present at the location all the time, with a huge smile on the face, helped us with everything we needed. My son played in the pool or on the green gras area around the hotel wherever we were in the hotel. The beach is in about 5 min walk from the hotel. You can get to the rstaurants, shops and bars on feet in five minutes. The owner and the staff were very helpful and friendly. On the day of our departure they let us occupy a spare room until late afternoon, so we could go to the beach in the morning and make our holidays practicallly a day longer. Thank you so much!

The location was great, near both the beach and the center of Sarti, with any services you could need (restaurants, markets, shops, bakeries) in a few steps from the apartment. There was a small private parking but outside there were a lot of free parkings.
