Great location between Banjon and Barbat, clean apartments have everything you need for comfortable stay. Very good swimming pool. Beach is around 5 metres away with full of options for families or diving. Supermarket only 3 minutes (same road when you go to the beach) so its win win situation. Also you can borrow kayaks or paddleboards and at night you can grill whatever you want.

We stayed in the 2 bedrooms apartment. The apartment was cosy, really clean and well equipped. There are microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, glasses and plates and even pots for cooking, iron, air conditioner, etc There is an area for grill with separate kitchen. The owners are extremely nice and friendly. They asked if we need anything and gave us recommendations if we needed. There are parking places for cars. Location is also great. However Waze did not find the address - the apartman is on the right side of the street if you turn to Banjol street from main road (sea side of the street). Sandy beach is in 100 meters, 3-4 min, need a little walk down from the hill. The beach has toilette, beach bar, sunbeds. Ideal with kids too. There is a Konzum supermarket really close. Rab old town is 15 min walk or there are water taxis from Padova beach for 2 euros per person. Other beaches like Lopar, Suha Punta 15 min by car. Rab has beautiful beaches and stunning landscape. I can only recommend it! We are happy to stayed there and will come back - thank you again!

The appartment was very good located, near city center and beach, around 15 min walking. Had everything we needed washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioner and the kitchen was very good equipped. We had a balcony and a terrace which was useful for us to amake breakfast and spent the evening outside just chilling. The owner was very nice and he helped us at the beginning and gave us advice where to go and which beaches to visit. We will for sure stay again there next time.

The apartment was nice and tidy. The view from our balcony was great and there was a little path from the house crossed the garden and lead right to the beach. There is a grocery at the otherside, a small one but fairly good for its size. All in all, I could only recommend this place for families with kids (and dogs).
