The location is very good, right next to the promenade and the beach. The room was comfy and had a big balcony with a view of the sea. The staff was also very nice. We booked the place very late and they approved our arrival nonetheless.

The hotel is beautiful. Very pretty. The views, the design, the architecture. No excesses. The staff are perfectly friendly and unobtrusive! We stayed in the “mala” building, which is closer to the south, a bit away from the main building, reception and restaurants. It's calmer and more comfortable there than in a big building.
We took a standard room with a sea view and a room without a view. As a compliment, they gave us both rooms next to each other and with good sea view, on the second floor with large balconies. The rooms are not big but bright, cozy and beautiful. The breakfast is good, included in the price. European. A huge beautiful common terrace for breakfast and dinner there. We did not have dinner included and it cost us 28 euros per person. Dinner without seafood but very decent and nice. Location is perfect. One of the best not even in continental Croatia, but also one of the best in Brela and fortunately for us far enough from Brela center with a lot of people.
About sea. It is only two minutes to the beach from the side of Baska Voda and 5 minutes from the side of Brela from our building. All way under the pines along convenient paths and steps, with luxurious views.
That is, the hotel has access to different beaches, we enjoyed both. The beaches are municipal but there is no effect of a crowd on the beach and strangers.
Three minutes from the reception there is a bike rental and we took it for a couple of hours. There is a very beautiful and convenient promenade in Brela, about 7 km one way by the sea coastline. We rode, swam, rode further, went to bars, rode further. Magical.
A separate delight is the cosmetics in the bathroom and the silent air conditioning system. The hotel has an interesting parking system. It is free of charge but your car is taken to another parking by staff and if you need it they bring it back, as the Berulia parking place is overcrowded. At first we were confused by this, but it turned out to be very convenient too.
Featuring sea views and a terrace, Guest House Stipe features accommodation attractively located in Brela, within a short distance of Beach Soline, Beach Maestral and Berulia Beach.

FANTASTIC host - Stipe is a kind and generous person with a good sense of humor.
This is a nice boardinghouse with a beautiful terrace offering wonderful sea views. It is located in the western part of Brela, in the lovely little Jakirusa bay, just 100 meters from the sea.

Brela has been for years now my favourite beach place in the word. It was love at first sign. The water is so clean and refreshing, and the promenade that you can walk on for kilometres with trees and little pebble beaches along the way makes it the most enjoyable part of my stay. I do not know how to describe the sensation of calm and peace, even in the summer when it is busy with tourism it still the best place for me.

Brela is a wonderful place for a peaceful vacation in Europe...
Brela is a wonderful place for a peaceful vacation in Europe. Croatia is more expensive than Greece, it’s normal to drink coffee for 4 euros and higher. After all, it’s the pearl of the Makarska Riviera. It’s worth every cent. The village is located in the mountains, so it’s normal that there will be steps leading to the hotel or apartment and all the beaches are municipal. You need to choose your accommodation carefully, because some are high up, others are closer.
Beautiful sea, white pebbles and magical green nature.
It is better to stay south or north further from center of Brela, so there are fewer people, at least in the season. But the infrastructure (cafes, restaurants, children’s playgrounds and shops) is better in the center. Also, if you are by car, look for accommodation with parking, preferably comfortable. And necessarilytry SUP and Bike!

really nice place for a restful holiday by the beach, I would go again but perhaps staying in a villa rather than a hotel to keep costs down so I could stay longer, we don't use all the facilities of a hotel so would benefit from a lower cost.
beach was great, we ate once at punta rata restaurant and the food was teh best for the whole holiday

The best thing was the 10km Lungo Mare promenade with free showers along the way to cool down. The beaches are just perfect with crystal clear water and pebbles. There are also places on the beach with shadows if you want hide from the sun. Parking places are not many and very crowded.

Amazing brela was the best holiday I’ve ever been on.
Amazing brela was the best holiday I’ve ever been on. I can’t wait to go back. Beautiful food beaches. The local people are lovely espically the older one in restaurants. So easy to get around. Also there was live music on the riva, what super high quality singers. Reasonable boat trips too
EVERYTHING!!!! i can't think of a negative thing for this guest house. The view, the internet, the facilities..everything was so clean every day. There is a supermarket veeery near and a fast food Dish5 where we ate every evening. Vanja and her mother are wonderful! They waited us with some fruits, juice, water in the fridge. They invited us for coffee a few times and it was a truly delight to meet them. Thank you for the most wonderful stay! Brela and all the Makarska Riviera are great!
The location is great- the promenade and the beautiful beach is right infront. The staff was kind, the rooms were clean- a bit outdated furniture, also the bathroom could use a renovation. Breakfast was nice, a lot of choice and especially the omlette station, where you can get your omlette made per desire, is great. The beach bar belonging to neighbouring Maestral hotel has very good food and also a lovely set up on the beach in the evenings.
This was one of the best places we stayed in Croatia. It was a true home from home. A beautiful, spacious and modern apartment with the most amazing views from a massive terrace surrounded by pine frees. Very private and yet only short walk to beautiful town Brela. Beaches are great too and the hosts are kind and super welcoming. Thank you again for a brilliant stay. We’ll be back.
The location is stunning and what makes it outstanding for me. The lobby, restaurant, pool all very stunning, clean and modern. The view from the room was amazing. Brela is one of the most beautiful places we've been to. The other guests at the hotel were well mannered and children well behaved.
With Neda great hospitality we could feel like in home! Even despite the very basic furniture and small bathroom (the upper small room), the balcony view was recompasating all the cons! Once being one more time in Brela i wish to stay at the same spot.
Thank You Neda and see You next years !
It was pure pleasure to spend a week in this beautiful place! Apartment is located as close to the beach as it can be, Brela is also great place to spend a holiday. There is no words in the world to say how happy we are after this vacations, so just come here and check it by yourself! 😄
Very clean, comfortable. Powerful AC unit, stocked kitchen, beautiful view, quiet at night. Not a far walk to the centre of Brela. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend Apartments Tina to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing holiday in gorgeous Brela!
I liked very much the guesthouse: from the host Roman, the design of the house and common spaces, to the big room and great sea view balcony. The location is also great, in the heart of Brela, close to the pine beaches. I highly recommend it and would definetlly come back again.
Beautiful view from the balcony on the sea, you can hear the sound of the waves and enjoy the true mediterrean experience with a sunset view. There are many stairs in Brela so take that as consider, but absolutely worth it! One of the best Croatian experience!
best stay ever, the owner of the place the most hospitable person :) she cared that everything was alright, always with a smile, next time we are in brela, we’ll definitely go back to emilia’s apartment:)
Katya and Daniela. The entire crew of the hotel. Thank you for everything. You gave us the best view to enjoy every morning! Nothing can beat it. And the service is high quality. The food is exceptional.
