With large and airy living room and balcony overlooking gardens and greenery with a sea in the distance. on the opposite side of the balcony there is a table in the garden that can also be used. Place is quiet and clean, with friendly hosts. Rooms are large, with enough space for four persons, and well furnished. Plenty of cupboards to store luggage. Bathroom is bright, with larger than average shower. Kitchen is fully equipped, with 4 rings electrical stove. Area consists of family houses with gardens, so here is lots of greenery around. Ika Blue studio is located few minutes of walking from the main road. Large general store is located around five minutes of walking away, as well as Lungo Mare walkway. It is placed 5 minutes from Ika harbour and 20 minutfrom Lovran harbour.

The backyard playground kept our children entertained for hours on end, while the barbeque gazebo allowed us to enjoy delicious meals surrounded by the beautiful scenery. The additional laundry washers were a game-changer, ensuring our clothes remained fresh throughout our stay. The 80-square-meter apartment was simply stunning. Its two sea view balconies offered breathtaking vistas, and the spacious kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, made meal preparation a breeze. The apartment's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. In summary, our time at this villa was a dream come true. Very nice, friendly staff. Location is amazing, right on the edge of the sea 🌊 very close to the center of the town. Very good breakfast, with a lot of different options. Service was excellent with welcome drinks upon arrival. The room was a corner one and it was spacious with nice balcony. The spa was big with indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Next time we will try the massages. Definitely coming back in the summer! 😊

Hotel is located at Lungo Mare, near by Icici beach. Sea view from rooms, restaurants and lobby is outstanding. Room is comfortable, has very nice balkony. Bed is king size and mattress is pretty good. Entire hotel is spotless, cleaning service is on duty all the time. Staff is very very kind. When it comes to food(dinner), it was ok, where 1 out of 4 days was exceptional.
