A great stay
The place is immaculate..clean and beautifully maintained.
We had a room with a balcony and the views of the sunsets were magical.
For the beach lovers it is only a couple of minutes walk away and you are amongst the restaurants etc.
The young gentleman, Sim, who checked us in and out, helped his father build the villa and they have done a great job.
Our cases were carried to and from our car to the room and nothing was too much trouble...even booked our entry to Biovoko NP.
Breakfast was an absolute treat..Sim is a qualified chef... the spread was second to none.
We have stayed in many places in during our travels and would rate our stay here with the best.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Cozy, nice and modern studio apartment, everything clean and functional. Large and comfortable bed. Nice and spacious balcony with seating area. The only very small complaint could be directed at the small amount of hooks to hang towels, tea towels etc, but that's really just a detail.

Beautiful little place, easy to get around, quiet at night. Nice cafes and excellent restaurant Azimut. Promajna has a great beach with a lot of shade. With beautiful, isolated, small bays and beaches located along a long path that connects Promajna with other small places on the Makarska Riviera. An ideal place for a more active holiday with many activities (e.g. cycling, boat rides, long walks).

Cons: Not all establishments accept card payments. There are no pharmacies and large supermarkets. There are no warning signs about the presence of sea urchins on the beaches. The locals are rude and unfriendly. There is no medical station. And the medical station in the nearest town refused to provide help. Few beaches are pets-friendly. I think it is a good place to stay, but definitely get yourself a rent car to see the surroundings. There is not much to do in Promajna. Also, it is only one supermarket, which is not too big and slightly overpriced. We drove shopping to next Kaufland (direction south). However, I would consider to stay there again next time, because apartments prices are Ok, it is quiet and seems to be safe, and distance to other places (by car) is OK, too. I talked to a local german guy, who stays there few months a year in his own apartment, he was quite happy with the area. The Beach of Promajna is unfortunately not a great interest spot ... If you want to see really nice places, ask locals about them, travel around and do not count on visiting Promajna Beach daily (sorry to say that, but it would be a wrong thing to do). It was my 10th stay in Croatia, but the first one where you could relax away from the noise. A wonderful place, close to everything, perfect for a stay with children. Everyone will find something suitable for themselves. Wonderful vegetation, cleanliness at every step. The owners take great care of their properties and tourists. Promajna is the number one destination in Croatia I have visited.

The apartment has absolutely everything you may need during your stay. Since the hotel next to the apartment is closed, it was extremely quiet at night, which we very much appreciated. Parking is right behind the building. Ana was also great, very welcoming and responded to our requests for little things we needed right away. We loved our stay here so much that we are going back for another week mod August.

The apartment was clean, modern and well equiped. Especially, we appreciate hospitality of Mrs. Manda and very helpful approach during our whole stay. We look forward to the next holiday in Felix.

Promajna is quiet and relaxing. The sea itself is great in August and is a 5 minute walk away from the villa. The smaller rooms were more than enough for a couple and the larger ones even more so. The villa itself is easy to navigate to, Promajna is right at the exit of one of the big tunnels.

Apartment is new, spotless clean and luxurious in a quiet area with great sound insulation and excellent AC, kitchen appliances and comfortable beds. Considering all together, probably one of the best choices in Promajna. I hardly give 10 but this one deserves it.
