Centrally located, beautiful gardens, clean well maintained pool, bungalow was spotless, huge beautiful bathroom, lots of details, kettle, tea/coffee, water dispenser, minimum plastic use, (they had made an effort) good air con, excellent breakfast, lovely staff, I felt so sad to leave. It was a beautiful restful stay. Snorkeling literally infront of hotel (just across small road)

Seeing Bunnies was nice and unexpected to say the least. staff greeted us and took our bags into reception when we arrived which was nice. room was enormous so we had no problem with our luggage and sorting out our clothing.

this was my second visit and it was fabulous! Staff is friendly and helpful, the pool is so clean and the view of the mountain is just so calming. The gardens are spectacular. I had a downstairs studio this time (upstairs last time) and both are spacious, very well maintained and comfortable. Some very good warungs nearby. I'll be back.

Amazing stay here, firstly was greeted with a welcome drink and complimentary foot massage which was lovely. The room was lovely, bed comfortable and good location. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was really good . Such great value for money- would definitely stay again !

Beautiful property, amazing location under five minute walk to a great beach with amazing snorkelling and lots of great cheaper restaurants within two minute walk. Amazing restaurant on site and great included breakfast with lots of options! Beautiful little pool with a sea view. We stayed in the deluxe double with side sea view and it’s a beautiful room and balcony with a view of the bay and Mount Agung.

The space is good and the room is very clean, the bed is comfortable and clean, there is tv and electric kettle in the room. The bathroom is a bit noisy as there are no windows. The shower was a little clogged and the water jets came out very strong in some places, but it gets hot. The environment of the inn is very beautiful, there are spaces with grass and swimming pools but I didn't go in because every time I passed by the pool it seemed a little cloudy.

    Right place for adventure type of tourist as it's quite place. My fav place is Virgin Beach that has clean and white sand. The minus thing is the transportation. No online gojek but you can rent bike for about IDR 60k /day

    Brilliant place to learn to dive (61 dive shops), highly recommended Ocean Dive League very experienced, very supportive 5 stars definitely. Can do awesome dives, 2 shipwrecks, coral garden etc. If you love luxury over character I don’t think this is a place for you. Easy to do day trips and get a personal taxi driver. Food was good. Lots of fish and eggs! People extremely kind, helpful, accommodating. Not really a place to go clothes shopping. Definitely would go there again. Only negative thing, so much rubbish everywhere, on the beach, in the water, on the streets. Saw a washed up dead pig on the beach!!

    I would suggest 2 nights 3 days max if you are not a diver. The group I was with just snorkeled and 3 days was ample. The Snorkling was amazing and free the best I have done in Bali without paying a fortune . The trip to Amed was a tour within itself seeing the different demographics of Bali , long but worth it. I would rather look at the mountains and villages from a car and take in scenery than sit in terminal, boat for 3 hours till snorkeling tour starts.

    Amed, great for diving, snorkelling and fishing . Calm ocean also good for swimming . Very chilled atmosphere plenty of beachfront accommodation bars and restaurants. Amazing sunrise and sunset on the beach. The the majestic Mt Agung as a backdrop.

    Best is the snorkeling, right off Jemeluk black sand beach. IDR 50000 (AU$5) to hire snorkel gear for 24 hrs Lots of diving /fishing opps. Don't go there for the shopping. Less touristy than other Bali places. Also seemingly cheaper, ie from AU$35/night for aircon room on beach. Great walks and great views. Everywhere we ate was decent. Cheap scooter hire.

    Nyoman, Kadek and Wayan made our honeymoon the trip of a lifetime! - Beautiful, thoughtfully designed home set in the jungle amongst the treetops.  Very spacious building, great breezes, LOTS of windows. Abundant gardens with coconuts,  mangoes, bananas, papaya, guava, and more. Has private pool, gazebo, BBQ and if you ask Nyoman, Kadek, Wayan or Komang for anything they will do everything they can to make it a reality. Lost my passport in the airport, then found jot D send it through adap. These guys make Amed the place to stay I. Bali!

    We really enjoyed our stay at Bhuana villas and would totally reccoment them. The place is beautiful (villas quite big, private and well decorated), with a big swimming pool and walking distance from a great snorkeling spot (perfect in case you don't drive a scooter). Staff is amazing, and offers services like scooter rental, transportation etc. for honest prices and with genuine care. We'll definitely stay here again when back to Bali - Amed was our favourite part!

    The view of Mount Agung from our room was incredible. We were in the quieter part of Amed in Purwakerti, away from the hustle and bustle but still within walking distance to the beach, the convenience store, and eateries. Pak Komang and Ibu Puyu are great hosts. We had an issue with our car and he got it sorted. Nice breakfast. Our gluten-free dairy-free option was delicious Balinese fried rice with fresh fruits and hot tea.

    Beautiful architecture, great location for snorkeling directly in front, comfy rooms, good on site restaurant. Sun beds and snorkeling equipment available for a small fee from vendors at the beach in front of the hotel. No Grab or Go Jek in Amed so better rent a scooter because transportation is more expensive then other places in Bali. A few nice restaurants walking distance from the hotel if you don’t want to go to Amed.

    Breakfast was okay, adequate but with, very limited juice options. Bed was the best we slept on in Bali. Staff polite and helpful especially the young lady serving at breakfast. Very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay by an extra night. Polite massage staff. Inside the menu on the first page was important and relevant information about how to protect the reef. Easy access to beach.

    Small and cosy beach front hotel. Enjoyed swimming directly outfront of hotel. (Not great for snorkelling) but was super easy to arrange a boat and guide to take us snorkelling at 3 other locations. Spectacular view of Mount Agung and morning sunrise. Hotel restaurant offered an amazing variety of food, probably best menu i have seen in a Bali hotel. Every meal was delicious and reasonably priced.

    how friendly the family were, the location is amazing - right across from the beach - best view from terrace, short walk to yoga &food - best fish and chips right there (sama sama), the breakfast is AMAZING with so many options included in your price, the beds were very comfy, cleaned daily. honestly one of my favorite places in bali, the accommodation and the village.

    I liked that it was outside of Amed, but yet easy to reach by a short scooter ride. The view was lovely and you can snorkel straight from the hotel grounds which was great too. There’s a few little place to eat nearby, a great local massage spa, and Lipah beach is only a short stroll away. Amed is also a nice town and much quieter than the busy south west of Bali

    this place is incredible! the family that run the place are very kind, the rooms are all brand new and huge. comfiest beds ever, set in nice gardens and your set back away from the road ensuring a good nights sleep. breakfast banana pancakes, honey and fruit was the best. this is the best value property on Bali. book it - you won’t be disappointed.

    Perfect View on Ocean and sunrise from the Bungalow, best snorkling Spot of bali direct in front, super clean, friendly staff, good air con, little fridge, nice outside bath and a wonderful pool! We stayed 4 nights in Bali Hill Bungalows with our 2 Kids and enjoyed every second of it! A 10/10 if you want to visit Amed :) would definitly come back!

    I had the most amazing stay at Salt - the communication, the rooms, food and staff were excellent and certainly the best place to stay on Amed. They also recommended Bali Dive Cove for my padi scuba course and they were a fantastic recommendation.     Best homestay I have ever had in Bali. Cute pool and nice&clean room. The arrangement of the room is very functional and suitable for long-term stay. The host is super friendly and helpful, feels like family. Also there are five dogs. I spent lot of time playing with them😃 If you go to Amed, Narayan’s is definitely your best choice.

    The hotel is located at the beach with the most stunning view for mount Agung, and the most beatiful reef is just 20 meters to the right. The staff is amazing! They are happy to help with any need. I felt very comfortable :) you can find easily the best cafe Rimba near the hotel, some beautiful local shops and everything you need.

    This is the best place in Amed for us. The view from the room is just amazing and you can just relax and enjoy the ocean from the room. The infinity pool was very clean and we got some great pictures. Amazing room and the owner is very helpful. Location is fantastic overall this was our best stay so far in Bali.
