It’s a perfect place to enjoy quite time in a beautiful eco hotel. The staff was really kind and food was delicious. Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely felt in heaven.

Breakfast good, nice excellent location in central ubud to venture off for the day. Kadek was extremely helpful in getting our luggage to our room and offering a welcome environment.

Beautiful location facing the rice fields on one side and the jungle on the other. Villas were very spacious and had luxury offering. Food was exceptionally good. Staff were super nice and responsive. Exceptional service from the staff

was good honestly but the pool was not clean . but I understand after corona it may take while for everything to get back as Usual . also was a-bit nosy in the morning because main road just next by .

The location is great. Many interesting sites are around in the area. We had a rented car and lots of parking space is available in front of the reception. It's calm around. Especially in the morning and evening you can sit outside and listen to nature (frogs and birds). However, you have to ask the personnel to turn off the pool recycling (see below).

The property is off the beaten path, quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing and always ready to help! Adi acted as our private chauffeur driving us around the island and to and back from Ubud center. He is one of the kindest person we’ve met, highly punctual and professional! Adi and the hotel staff deserve 5 stars!

Literally everything. From the thousands of places I've stayed, this was one of the best. I could highlight the services from the staff and how well everything works in general. I MUST give this place a 5* but so tempted to give less as they promote elephant riding! No Pramana! Not OK! Please stop. This place blew me away. Considering the low number of lodges that it has, it’s huge and still maintains a lovely vibe and doesn’t feel empty or soulless. - LOCATION. If you like the sights and sounds of the jungle this is the place for you. You’re completely enveloped in the serenity of nature. Set in a small valley with a (I’m told ‘legendary’) river running through it, it’s just so peaceful. Despite being in the jungle they do a good job at keeping the mosquitoes at bay. - EXTRAS. Every day you are invited to a complimentary Balinese afternoon tea. How wonderful. Every day they have a free activity e.g. a guided walking tour up the canyon etc. This tour is scheduled for Wednesday but I thought it was Thursday. When the reception staff saw I was disappointed I missed it they organised a private tour for me the following day for free. How amazing of them. - BREAKFAST. Every day at breakfast (it’s a la carte) you’re presented with a lot of food, and you can have what ever you like. - ROOMS. Fabulous. Four-poster beds with comfortable mattress and pillows, huge bathroom with hot, powerful shower, lovely lighting. They're well-kept with private balconies (not overlooked at all), oh they’re just so dreamy. They’re cleaned daily and even a turn down service later afternoon – which includes lighting coils to shoo away the insects. - STAFF. Throughout they're so friendly and kind, especially the reception and cleaning staff – they can’t do enough to make your stay special. It really felt quite magical and special and yet such good value for money esp. with breakfast and afternoon tea involved, and how special the accommodation is. We were really sad to leave but have booked the Pramana on Nusa Penida so hoping for the same experience.

The staff were very helpful and cooperatin, the property is new it has 6 small apartments, two of them was on the second floor. The toilet is spacious and the kitchen is equipped. The staff were so kind giving us a complementary breakfast as for some inconvenience we really appreciate their efforts. The swimming pool was really clean too.
