Beautiful villa and the surrounding nature is amazing, very relaxing indeed. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They have many activities to book and the restaurant's dishes were yummy. They have free shuttle to and from central ubud (around 40 minutes away from the villa). What made the stay memorable was also how the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Special thanks to Mba Yuika🙏🏻

We had booked a room with private pool. The room was very clean, had a rustic feel with wooden furnishings. The property is nestled among lush picturesque green paddy fields, we had an amazing view of the fields from our room. The staff is really great and supportive, special thanks to Ms. Okta for the wonderful morning walk to a nearby waterfall. The staff also packed us a complimentary takeaway breakfast on the day of departure.
The hotel food was good as well, with many options.
The overall experience was amazing, very relaxing and calming, we would definitely love coming back!

We booked the basic rooms and arrived to find the bathrooms were downstairs via external stairs which were more like ladders than stairs. Not great for the middle of the night toilet trips. We quickly asked for upgraded rooms and we were offered much nicer villas for not a great deal more money. Otherwise we would have found somewhere else to stay.

Fresh air, rice terraces, Balinese people are very friendly and courteous. Nature, vegatation, forest.. waterfalls and temples. My husband and I stayed at Aksari Ubud Resort & Spa … this place is my personal version of paradise. Staff were very cordial… they aim to please … the resort has great amenities and awesome infinity pools. The entire place has wifi, room has smart TV with Netflix, the resort is clean and very well maintained and smells like aromatherapy (spa) with “zen” music..,

Its got some lovely attractions and sights. Its peaceful and quiet without being too remote. Spending time amongst the people here gives you a sense of what life in Bali is really like and not just what they put on for tourists.

Last time I came to Bali, I only stayed in Ubud. Tegalalang is only a short trip away, but it is so peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Waterfalls, rice paddies, jungle, friendly locals and you really can experience Bali here. I have never felt more grateful, free and alive. Make sure to rent a moped to get the most out of it!

Far away enough from the city centre to be tranquil and relaxed with plenty of local activities such as the rice terrace and swings, close proximity to temples, waterfalls and volcano without the hustle and bustle of the centre.
The amazing views, the bathtubs, the food, the staff! Amazing hospitality and the villa was in a great location- less than 30 mins from Ubud but far enough away to be seculded from the noise and bustle when you wanted to relax, yet close enough to go in to do shopping or to eat. Wifi was fast and reliable & villa was very clean and very comfortable! I could go on and on but the whole villa is amazing! Just dreamy! Ask Nyos, the manager, to take you on a rice terrace walk while you're there! Just beautiful!
This resort exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. The location was peaceful with beautiful views over the valley and rice fields (some people might find the location a bit remote if they're planning to go out a lot, but if you want a relaxing stay it is perfect). The pool was lovely and the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Scooters are available for rent, so you can easily visit Mount Batur or Central Ubud.
We were amazed at the beautiful location and room at the papas villa. Walking distance with tegalalang rice terraces. The view very peaceful and relaxing. Thanks to Wayan and Ketut and others they were amazing, so helpful and friendly and even organized a birthday cake and floating breakfast for my wife which was very special! They arranged Balinese massage for us (highly recommend). If you want to dive deep into the beauty and culture of Bali, this is the place.
I really liked the view from the balcony. I also had my breakfast there.
Sunrise just opposite to you .
The open bathroom is a must try, brings you closer to the nature.
The garden absolutly an amazing paradise.
The pool perfect tempreture, deep enough so you can swim as well.
It is located on a very quiet aera, just alongside the rice terraces and forest. You can really feel and hear the nature.
Staff are so helpful and kind. The breakfast was also tasty .
It’s a beautiful little location close to the rice terrace. Comfortable and clean. Friendly and helpful owners.
I asked for a kettle for my morning coffee and got one. Instead of a tv I’d have just put a kettle and fridge in their instead and somewhere to hang your towels in the bathroom. Just a little more attention to detail and this place could be much better and probably be able to charge more. Nothing was a big issue though and was very happy with my stay.
Choose this hotel! after staying in other hotels in Bali, I can tell this is one of the best in all aspects: the facilities are clean, beautiful, perfect. The villa and the room is a dream! very spacious and you have everything you need. The best is the hotel staff, I got sick during my stay in Bali and the staff helped us find a pharmacy, and they brought the breakfast to the room as I needed to rest. Tons of kindness here!
Staff were super friendly and helpful.
There was a good selection of breakfast choices. Food across the board; dinner and tea were delicious.
The massage services were provided in the comfort of our villa.
Villa was very well maintained.
The property gardens were super picturesque, exactly like the promotional photos.
The main swimming pool was a highlight with excellent views of the surrounding rice terraces.
The property was very well located - 15 mins away from the main Ubud Market with a free shuttle to get you there. You could enjoy the calm and serenity of the property, all while basking in the hustle and bustle of the Ubud Palace.
The staff was really kind and accommodated all our requests. We really enjoyed the pool in our villas and made the most of it!
Don't miss the pancakes at breakfast!
Love the whole experience staying at Woywoy Escape. Amazing view and great facilities. Sky jacuzzi was one of the best experience ever. Warm water to relax, netflix available for free, and the view and stars definitely the best. Every detail was considered for having the best experience in Ubud. Cleanliness and staffs were amazing. Thank you guys for taking care of us.
I love the Japanese style of the Villa and apartments. great is that the bed is located direction the balcony so you have an amazing view. Lot’s of greenery with birds and insects. If you like nature this is the place.
Had a very nice Balinese massage. The diner was very nice. Nice pool.
Beautiful place tucked away in nature, and sits right in the valley, on the other side of the main rice terrace attractions, you can see some of the terraces from the villa as well. Great place to get away and relax.
All the staff were kind and friendly.
The foods at the restaurant is good.
The jungle view is great, to
it's 30 min to downtown Ubud and operates a shuttle.
If i come to Bali next time, i would like to visit again
Staff very friendly and always helpful. Personal pool in villa a plus. Confortable beds. Quirky features in rooms. Good air conditioning. Close to tourist attractions- rice terrace, waterfalls etc.
Beautiful spot, nice room with a good balcony with a view. It was nice to explore the area around it which has rice terraces and a waterfall which had no tourists. Breakfast is also always a plus.
We chose GK Bali Resort for our honeymoon. The hotel is super comfortable, the staff is always ready to help. the private pool and common infinity pool is nice to chill out.
ideally with a room slipper or bath slipper provided will be best, is cold to step on the tile floor from bed, especly at Ubud , weather is cooling at night.
The spacious room and the view of the sunrise and rice terrace in front of the room. The peace and restful environment is what we enjoyed about the property.
