On a positive note, The room was very clean and the A/C worked well. Bathroom renovated and tidy. The stay itself was not good. The staff was uninformed and unhelpful. Manager needed to be called in to adjust overcharges.We checked in only to be told we had booked for only one night (they eventually found the second night). The front desk woman spoke broken english ( no problem) but offered no map nor explanation of resort facilities. We arrived to the pool after a day of touring at 545 to learn it closed at 6pm. The wellness center had no offerings. There was no housekeeping, which is a shock at $325/night. Our other hotels in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv made our beds and cleaned the bathroom every day - somehow this one resort doesn’t? The breakfast was also not kosher. The grounds looked like a summer camp and not a resort. They were unkept, neglected, littered with bottles/wrappers and dated. If you keep kosher, know that there are few kosher options nearby and everything closes early.

The room we stayed in was large and comfortable. The views from everywhere were beautiful! The hot tub was lovely to go into after a day of water hikes.

European-style beautifully decorated hillside villa with impeccable service and amazing views. Cleanliness is up to Swiss best standards. Our suite had an extra high ceilings and was luxurious throughout (Bathroom had the most spacious shower cabin I have ever encountered in hotels). Linens and towels were on par with Mandarin/Four Seasons experience. Everything worked down to the last switch. Staff hospitality is incredible, as they will go above and beyond your every request. Shani in particular was a truly wonderful host, genuinely caring about each and every of our needs. Hands-down the best quality hotel I have stayed at in Israel.

It was a great stay! A very gracious host who stayed up late to assist us in making sure we found the location and came outside to guide us in! The room was super clean, and there was a sweet sign welcoming my family! We will be coming back again and staying here next year!
