Subject: Disappointing Experience at [Hotel Name] and Booking Process through Booking.com Dear [Hotel Manager/Booking.com Representative], I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent stay at [80977E SS Metro Ritz], as well as the booking process through Booking.com. Upon arrival, we were met with an unwelcoming attitude from the receptionist who insisted on a direct check-in, contrary to the convenience expected from using Booking.com's services. Additionally, we were informed that breakfast was not included in our stay, which contradicted the details provided at the time of booking. The room's condition was substandard, with a noticeable lack of cleanliness and an unpleasant odor. Despite requesting three towels, we were only provided with two, further adding to our inconvenience. The hotel's location also did not meet our expectations, contributing to an overall negative experience. During our departure, the lack of courtesy was once again evident; the staff did not offer a simple farewell, but rather chose to stare, which felt quite disrespectful. After raising these concerns with Booking.com, we were assured that breakfast costs would be reimbursed if it was not included. However, this situation remains unresolved. This experience has been truly regrettable, and I am compelled to advise others against using Booking.com and staying at [Hotel Name]. I trust that you will address these issues promptly to prevent future guests from enduring a similar experience.

    There is nothing to like when I was not allowed to check in...

    There is nothing to like when I was not allowed to check in . The behavior of front executive was really bad and pathetic. It was quite distance and location is also not traceable easily, there was no option to contact property to get route. I had to walk nearly 2 kms to reach there by walk to reach there in hot sun. After reaching the drama starts they will not let you in and says after 12 PM the room will be given. I was on a official trip I had to reach my office by 11 am, even after several request they didn’t budge I had to walk back and took a room paying more amount Begger company they don’t refund the money paid let them keep as alms.

    Property wasn't clean .

    Property wasn't clean . The size of property doesn't matter , whether huge or small - but it should definitely be clean . During booking i already paid entire amount , when i reached hotel they made me pay extra money . Only after paying that extra, they let me take the key. Getting inside the elevator, stairs and THE ROOM was a huge disappointment as it was nothing like the photos . And very unhygienic.
