Great stop between Agar and Dehli.
The decor demonstrated that the family were true lovers of nature.
We had the suite - 2 good-sized rooms, a lounge with a big fridge, the bedroom with excellent aircon.
Lovely verandah to watch the wildlife - sunbirds and bee-eaters, house lizards, etc.
They cooked us a great vegetarian dinner.
Breakfast is basic but adequate.
Loved the quiet location about 3km from Keoladeo reserve (which is amazing).- we had a hire car.
Loved that someone thought this was an Accors hotel 🤣

A really lovely, relaxing environment with tasty vegetarian meals. Visiting the Keoladeo N.P. was easy as host Rinkesh was my guide. I enjoyed the company of the family and the new puppy! Once established it was easy to get transport to and from town independently.

For me it`s a bit special since I have been visiting this place infrequently since 30 yrs back when I have seen majestic Siberian Crane too. Use Bicycle or walk

1 night stay to visit Bird sanctuary in the morning. We reached early in the morning to Bird Sanctuary - 730 AM and hence could chose good condition bicycles. We took a guide who was very knowledgeable and was with telescope and binoculars. We enjoyed cycling and lot of beautiful birds.

Lesser known to many people, good for a family outing and...
Lesser known to many people, good for a family outing and for nature lovers. If traveling in winter, one will get to see many migratory birds, not just from India but all over the world. One could easily spend the whole day in the bird sanctuary, apart from that one wouldn't need more than a day to see rest of the things. Heads up, one wouldn't find too many good eateries' in the city if traveling with family.

A restaurant that is actually functioning. Really friendly staff. Best WiFi I've had in India so far. WiFi DOES work in the rooms as well. They could probably benefit from changing the wordings on booking.com where it says WiFi in the common areas. I almost didn't book just because of that, but then I didn't find anywhere else with WiFi.

There are mustard and wheat field all around. We had a fantastic time talking to the locals and getting to know the history of the village. All of Rajasthan is very hospitable and the food is amazing. They ask you what you want and make it according to your preference. The place is neat and clean and has room service too. The housekeeping staff is always on their toes.
