Reshabh the waiter at the terrace restaurant was excellent
He was attentive, helpful and very pleasant
The restaurant manager also let us hold a mini get together with friends on the terrace just because we were staying at the hotel. They did not charge us for that.

Although in a busy part of town the Silver Palace was an exceptionally clean hotel with well presented rooms. The bathroom was spotless with a range of complimentary toiletries. The linens and towels were fresh and clean. We had a range of options for for the complimentary breakfast and the restaurant attached to the hotel has an extensive menu and the food is excellent
It was the customer service that impressed me most, the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Silver Palace.
