Manoj was a perfect host. He spoke brilliant English and helped me enormously, keeping my motorbike secure. He also organised a delicious evening meal for me and took the time to chat with.me and make me feel at home. I had an early start and Manoj was more than obliging to provide toast and jam at 5.3pam in the morning! What a star! I left with a smile on my face happy with a brilliant stay.
The room was spotless as was the shower. The whole place is clean and tidy. Manoj who is Indian, spend 25 years in Europe and it shows. His mix of understanding India but also seeing what only Europeans see when they go to a place.
I could not recommend Shivansh Palace Home Stay and marriage garden highly enough. Exceptional value for money. I would certainly go again.

In general, this hotel has a nice flair to it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I booked a spacious room and the bed was really comfortable. Being able to order breakfast with room service was nice to have. If there's the need, you can do money exchange at a reasonable rate. Since my train left in the afternoon, I could stay in my room past the usual check out time. That was great!

Breakfast was really good. We had to check out quite early in the morning to catch a flight from Gwalior to Mumbai, we were pleasantly surprised when the Hotel staff handed over packed breakfast and water for us.

Clean and comfortable room and a good location. Staff were friendly and helpful, helped us to book the monuments as they didn’t accept foreign cards. The restaurant was being built when we were there but looks like it’ll be a nice space to hang out. Would recommend!

cancelled my booking without informing me but they offered me that they can arrange room with higher price at another hotel so they are cheating both of them the customer and the booking.com . Booking.com should delist them.
