Staff were very helpful in getting me an early check in that was much appreciated. All staff were great at all times. Delicious food and excellent service. Room was very clean and comfortable.

No AC ...no cooling water if u ask....if we tell to clean room they are not responding..after we enter room they are saying we forget.....not working refrigerator.... reception no response....I will be happy when ever we live in Novotel but 1st time this kochi Novotel experience was very bad 😞
