Great location right on the lake. Saw the northern lights from right out on the deck. Lots of windows to take in the views. Clean and Spacious. All the amenities, stove, fridge, washer/dryer.

Went in the winter/february. Great value, very nice bit remote location but close to all the sites and nature bath. Really great stay. Very nice staff.

The Location was really close to the sights around Myvatn and next to a lava field. We really liked the breakfast buffet, they even had vegan options. Also it was possible to cook our own dinner at the kitchen of the hostel which was nice.

New building. Spacious common area and large sparkling modern kitchen. Including washer/ drier so you can do laundry while preparing a meal. Ready for a large group. Large bedroom and bathroom with shower. The bedroom opens to a deck.
There may be a view. All we saw was snow and fog/ cloud. Iceland was having a late winter to mid-April.

This was the best choice of our trip in Iceland to stay at Vogar Travel Service since Northern light came beautifully at around midnight. A kind couple from England who shared the accommodation with us knocked on our door telling us to see the Northern light, very impressed to see how it moved in the sky. It was the first time of my life.
Our host, Kristin, was very thoughtful & patient w/us during our late-arrival, and graciously let us stay a few hours later, so I could participate in a work meeting remotely. We really enjoyed our stay & highly recommend Myvo Studio apartment for your visit to the Myvatn area.
A great place to stay with a gracious host and a beautiful lake view. It even had a washer for our clothes which was much needed on our 2 week long journey through Iceland.
