호텔 위치가 페리 정박장 바로 앞이라 짐들고 바로 들어가기 너무 좋았음. 마주친 스태프분들 친절!! 코로나땜에 미루고 미뤘던 오랫만에 여행이였는데 날씨도 좋고 너무 좋았음. Lovely hotel with a warm welcome, wonderful location and views amazing. Excellent food in the restaurant for dinner and great choice at breakfast. Highly recommend.

명성있는 호텔딥게 호텔측의 서비스(특히 언덕,계단이 많은 지역임을 고려하면 체크인-체크이웃시 픽업서비스)나 직원들의 친절도가 매우 훌륭했으며 문제나 요청 사항이 있을 때 리셉션 직원들이 신속하게 해결해 주고자 노력했음. 밖에서 보는 규모와 달리 안에 들어오면 굉장히 큰 규모의 다앙한 facilities가 있으며 방에서 아주 가까운 거리에서 호수를 바라볼 수 있어 좋았음. 욕조가 없는 욕실이었으나 규모가 크며 자연 채광이 들어와 쾌적하고 천장 매립식 샤워 시설이 다양한 기능을 갖추고 있어 피로를 풀어줌.
