The town is lovely. The hotel is nice, and I got a good price off season. The staff was friendly, and had a nice conversation using our phones to translate! NB: based on the location of the hotel, I expected stunning views of the sea; instead, once you arrive you will find there is a rather building in front that blocks your view. No matter, you can walk down the street for views on the way into town for a delicious pizza. I’d go back in a minute.

It is a fantastic apartment very close to the beach. The landlord Andrew and his wife are very hospitable. They gave us a lot of information about the town, restaurants and things to do nearby. We got fresh fruits from his garden. Our time was amazing! About Amendolara, I would describe it as a wonderful NOT crowded village with a very clean beach. The prices in restaurants are very fair and the locals are very nice and helpful.
