Huge room with balcony and nice view.
Perfectly clean and extra care for lighting.
Parking accessible directly via elevator is probably unique, or very rare at least.

The hotel is also kiddos ( separate pool for them) and dog friendly.

Great place, a genuine seaside resort with character and down to earth. A thriving place but not full of beautiful people just a simple town with some interesting Alleys and shops. it has everything there and we liked it and would visit again.

Arenzano is a nice pleasant town with some nice restaurants...
Arenzano is a nice pleasant town with some nice restaurants in the back streets and at the marina, le Sins and Ochin da Ma being favourites. The latter was particularly good value as is €30 for 4 courses plus coffee and a digestive but the menu is all fish and mostly fixed, just a choice of 2 mains. There were 2 starters but they served you both anyway. Le Sins is in the Marina so you can sit by the water and the owners are a delight. Pulupaio next door is good as well. Is say 3/4 days is enough. The worst aspect of Arenzano and the Italian Riviera generally is the privatisation of the beaches. Irrespective of the cost of parasols and sun beds, which is very high €20-40 per day, the view from the promenades and the sense of being by the coast is completely spoiled by a plethora of changing rooms and kiosks.

Traffic caos . No distance respect in town .
Traffic caos . No distance respect in town . It seems that the coming back to normality is even worse ( something hidden before) and the pollution is on highest level and the access to sea is barricaded by commercial activities : if seems that they hide the sea !

Lovely village/town on the main route along the coast.
Lovely village/town on the main route along the coast. Beautiful town hall. Fantastic market on Fridays. Station handy to visit Genoa and other areas. Easy to get to via motorway. Several fantastic restaurants and plenty of choice. The beach however, is not great with large sections reserved for private use and lots of stones. Definitely need swimming shoes.

Walking to the local restaurant was dangerous
Walking to the local restaurant was dangerous
Some 500 metres away with no sidewalk and fast traffic
In the dark it could have been a problem
Staff were excellent and very helpful
Parking outside our room was a real bonus
Breakfast was excellent
Swimming pool should be warmer. We think that the sun blinds prevented heat from the sun warming the water.
Hot tub had too many chemicals but understandable with children using it.
Beautiful building in the middle of the Italian riviera with super helpful and positive staff. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, especially waking up in the morning looking at the sea and enjoying the sunshine directly out of our bed. At breakfast you can find a lot of local specialities and also international ones which are all delicious. The rooms are modern and very clean, the mattress was ultra comfortable and seems to be new.
Important: Check the hotel internet site, since they give you better pricing as Booking!
The location was perfect for beach visits, restaurants, markets and hotel (conference). The apartment was spacious and the balcony view was beautiful that we often sit outside during evenings. It wasn't much of trouble but, I thought that I have to mention an important point about bathroom - it was slightly congested. Not very bathroom-friendly or comfortable for someone with bigger body figure or some mobility problems. Overall, it was a nice experience and the host was extremely friendly & kind.
The 4 bedroom apartment upstairs satisfies every need, really, the perfect amount of wind helps on hot summer days,
the view is just crazy, the kitchen is fully equipped, you will even find pasta and tomato sauce in the kitchen.
The good amount of stairs until the nearest beach is doable even with 3 small kids, but for the grandparents it was a challenge.
Arenzano itself has good restaurants and italian charm.
The host is very kind and always available.
We and our dog felt right at home. We were welcomed with open arms and an open heart. The hotel owner is an absolutely delightful lady, who we chatted with about everything the whole time we stayed at the hotel.
She feed us and our dog and even packed us the delicious Italian food for our way back home. We decided to meet again in Arenzano or Napoli )))
Everything was just perfect. Usually we stay in the Grand Hotel in Arenzano, but this time we were travelling with 3rd person and we wanted to have a bigger apartment. There is an underground parking space, which is super convenient. The place is spacious and clean, and super comfortable. Terrace with a view is just a cherry on top. Highly recommended!

A real hotel, I would repeat without any doubt.

Staff very friendly.
The friendly staff, the breakfast spread, and genuine feeling of comfort. It was a very short walk to the Academy where I attended courses. I could quickly walk to the hotel during lunch breaks for a quick nap the first days when I was jetlagged.
Good location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. There are a few free parking spaces in the hotel's courtyard which was very useful as parking on nearby streets is impossible. There is a public car park not far from the hotel.
Comfortable double bed, working air conditioning, extremely clean bathroom. Very convenient to reach the beach, restaurants and other services of Arenzano. The staff waited for us beyond the expected arrival time.
The location, scenary and staff were nice, the town itself was okay, although hospitality at restaurants was not typical Italian. The room was fine, but nothing special.
Good location, sea is very near. Place is located between Arenzano and Cogoleto reachable by foot along the sea shore. comfortable apartment. good for family stay
great location and the stuff is very nice, helpful and always with a smile. the hotel is a bit dated but very clean, and the bed was new and super comfortable.
