Very nice place in the lovely village of Chuisure in Tuscany. The restaurant of the Borgo Santo property is also very good too and 20 meters from the room we had. Eveything is brand new. We enjoyed our stay and the staff (mainly at the bar/restaurant) was very friendly.

We were in Asciano for the Easter Friday procession...charming. The small museum in Asciano is a gem..with some superb iconography. The restaurants served delicious food at a quarter of the cost of Rome. It is a wonderful accessible village for travellers who do not want to rent a car.

There is a train you can take to Siena walking distance to hotel. Highly suggest you go by train because parking is a nightmare in Siena. You can walk into the town of Asciano for a nice dinner also and if you take the car parking is very easy as well. Isabella is a charming and great host and she is always helpful to give information about the area. Her baked goods for breakfast are wonderful !

Despite the language barrier, we always managed to fully understand each other. The logge is smack in the middle of the amazing crete senesi, nicely and quietly located between Siena and asciano. The wildlife is also abundant with foxes, many many butterflies, large flocks of bee eaters, nocturnal toads making buzzer like sounds, and praying mantas to name a few of my sightings.

The location is very centrally and there are good parking possibilities next to it. The handover of the keys was very easy and without any issues. The host had even some suggestions for a restaurant to go to for a dinner I would certainly stay in the apartment again, if I will be in Asciano again, and I can only recommend this apartment.

The road to the property makes you pinch yourself to be sure you are there. Even though the weather was cold we had enough to do around Asciano and Siena and the rooms were cozy enough to feel comfortable. The owner is very friendful and helpful and even if the english is not that good we've managed to communicate well enough to get along and resolve all the details.

It is not easy to walk to Asciano as some other reviewers said, not in May at least. If you are here, you must ask the hostess to cook for you it is amazing. Perfectly located on a hilltop, very clean and comfortable room and beautiful views of the Tuscan hills. I opted for breakfast and dinner and I want to mention that it was the best food I had the opportunity to enjoy throughout Italy. Everything was at a maximum level, the attitude towards us, the service, the wine, the little attentions and especially the food.
