Very peaceful, fantastic views, lovely staff, great food and the accommodation was superb. We bought olive oil and marmalade made on the property and it was delicious. Would go back for a relaxing weekend if I didn't live in Australia.

The accommodation is in an excellent location, only a short walk to the centre of Fondi. The host was welcoming and we had good communication in the lead up to our stay. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious and good value for money. Breakfast in the local bar was great too.

Luisa was wonderful so kind. She picked us up at the station and dropped us on our return. She answered questions to help us find the local bus, always responding immediately to messages.She could not have done more. The room had a lovely basket of welcome chocolate and pastries and toiletries. It was a very good location, close to the castle in the centro storico.

Perfectly located for walking the Via Francigena. Lovely owners whom we were acquainted with over breakfast. Fantastic breakfast including fresh fruit and yoghurt with a selection of home baked cakes and biscotti included! Spacious bedroom. Good value for money. Excellent location.

The flat is very nice, the furniture was new, very functional and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was good in the room and living room , the hosts were kind and very helpful. It’s in the center and 10 minutes from the train station by bus… near to the bus stop to go to sperlonga and Gaeta….
