Clean, quiet hotel with an excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed, nice shower with good pressure, lots of hot water and a handy shelf to set soap and shampoo. Great to have a small refrigerator which isn’t very common in Italy. Also nice to have air conditioning in October which some hotels turn off after the summer. Easy free parking with plenty of spaces just outside the door. Short walk to two large supermarkets. Fast wifi. Reasonable price compared with other area lodging. Giorgia and Silvia at reception were very welcoming and helpful.

Friendly staff. Although they didn't speak English very well the cleaning lady did. And she spoke English very well. But the lady from the reception was still trying to communicate in a friendly way The rooms are good and well managed. Breakfast is OK
