The staff were lovely and left me alone as I had requested without chaging my bed lined, but let me have a late lunch. They were thoughtful and concerned throughout, and let us check out late without extra charge so that my husband could return our ski hire and while I packed our luggage. I can't fault the lovely staff here, or the old world charm of the hotel.
