The location is easy to reach from Termini station if you are arriving in Rome by train. Very close to the Opera house. Breakfast was very good with all tases catered for and overlooking the garden. Restaurant was also very good. The front desk team are wonderful as are all the staff.
Located just 500 metres from Muratella Train Station, for trains to Rome city centre and Fiumicino Airport, Holiday Inn Rome is in the city's business district.

For my American fellow travelers, this is NOT your typical crappy Quality Inn we are used to in the U.S. This is a much more elevated quality and experience that is easily comparable to higher end hotels. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy, and the vibe at the hotel was very nice. And most importantly, the staff and the quality of services were superb. When I had to change the hotel shuttle schedule due to travel plan changes, they offered to pay for a taxi from the airport that got me to the property 3 hours before the previously scheduled shuttle (worth 31 euro). This gave me plenty of time to refresh at the room and eat dinner at their amazing property restaurant, where the food and service were equivalent of what you get at a gourmet restaurant. It's just smart business practice, since I ended up spending much more $$ on property for dinner and left the place a very satisfied customer. I will be coming back when my travels take me via Rome.

We had a really good sized roof terrace on the sixth floor and the lifts were pretty efficient, breakfast options were good. Location was also good, close to the main train station and walking distance to all main attractions.

Igor the concierge was excellent, really helpful and extremely friendly, made our stay pleasurable and nothing was too much trouble.

The Twentyone is a modern boutique hotel on Via Cola di Rienzo, one of Rome's best shopping streets. Castel Sant'Angelo and the historic centre are just a pleasant 10-minute walk away.

The location was good and it was fantastic to have parking. It was hard to find at first, as we missed the sign and there was a very sharp right turn that was extremely difficult. More signage would be helpful. The people at the front desk were very friendly. Our room had a fantastic view. The lobby could have been cleaner, but the room was very good.
