Loved the check-in staff and their attention to service. The restaurant with an incredible menu and ambience. My first night i was given a bedroom with the garden view, large and comfortable, peaceful. The second night upgrade to Lake View...OMG, stunning sunset and peaceful, graceful setting. Breakfast room on the terrace had the best view and food selection was quite varied and plentiful. Perfect 3 minute eggs!

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The view from the room was excellent. The small town of Clusane that the hotel was located in was also a pleasant surprise. Wishing walking distance there was a number of very good restaurants.

Interesting design inside of the room. Especially in bathroom and in breakfast room 🙂 Space outside the room and beautiful view. Very delicious, rich, breakfast with option in sweet and with local cheese, prosciuto. Possibility of making tea or coffee inside the room. Fridge inside the room. Rich equipment in the bathroom (toothbrush, gel for washing, shaving equipment, soap, cap). It was nice. Helpfull workers.

The location was perfect. Right in the centre of Iseo, can see the lake from the entrance. Lovely restaurants and coffee shops right on your door step. The veranda was great to sit out in the mornings and evenings. The breakfasts in the morning were an excellent addition and had enough food to fill you up. The food on arrival was also appreciated after a long journey. The host was very welcoming.
