The apartments exceeded expectations. Photos do not convey the beauty and comfort of this house. We are delighted and enamored with this wonderful place and the hosts who have become our friends during our stay. I have never experienced such hospitality before. I am very grateful for all the opportunities and the cultural and entertainment program that they organized for us. They also didn't leave empty-handed. You won our hearts! Thank you for a great time and the opportunity to get to know the flavor of Sicily! We love you, Maria and Pietro, and this amazing place!

This is a stunning apartment! The interior is beautifully decorated, everything is modern, and it is very spacious. The bed is extremely comfortable with high quality duvet and linens. The AC also functions as a heater where you can set the temperature, so no problems staying there in winter as we did. As if that wasn't enough, there is the view! The apartment is not only beautiful on the inside, but has a spectacular view of the sea from all the windows and the huge wraparound balcony. The owner, Francesco is extremely kind and helpful. He accommodated our last-minute booking and placed an extra bed in the apartment for our friend who joined us.
The village of Isola delle Femmine itself is very charming. There is food available til late, from street food to seafood restaraunts, and an incredible pasticceria just around the corner, as well as a lovely church with an enthusiastic bell tower (they don't disturb you inside the apartment though, it is very quiet). There is also a small supermarket right there. The train station is less than 10 minutes walk and had trains going both to Palermo and to the airport. The apartment is a few steps from the shore and a small active fishing harbour. If you're there in the morning, you can meet the friendly fishermen, and one of the mornings we stayed, it looked like people were buying fish right off the boats from them. I'm so glad we decided to stay here instead of in Palermo!
Casa Turà in Isola delle Femmine provides accommodations with free Wifi a 9-minute walk from Spiaggia di Capaci, 10 miles from Palermo Cathedral, and 10 miles from Fontana Pretoria.

The owner spoke almost no English but was expert in using Google translate and WhatsApp to communicate with us. She was kind enough to let us use the apartment, after the usual checkout time. The apartment is spacious with a kitchen and living room, a very comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. I wish we'd been able to stay longer. It was an easy walk through the small town from the train station ato the church, piazza, harbor and photogenic fish and produce markets. Snacks were on offer, but no breakfast. A beautiful book in the apartment on the nearby natural reserve made our visit seem tantalizingly short.

Very cute town, very peaceful and nice :) We recommend restaurant Godiva and Vitaly :) The best! :) and we dont recommend the expensive one on the main square - Isole Pesce or something like that, the service was horrible, took forever and they broke something every few minutes, also the food didnt have much taste at all, for that price it was bad :) For around the same price you get an amazing food in Godiva and a very good trained service :)

Isola is a beautiful little town.
Isola is a beautiful little town. The narrow streets are very charming and lovely. Compared to Palermo and Catania, there were much less tourists (we were here in spring) and it was clean, so it was much more cozy and relaxing. The food in the restaurants were delicious and the rocky beach was fabulous. The mountain range behind the town makes an amazing sight from everywhere in the town. There is a fish market every morning in the harbour, well worth a visit, you can see some very interesting sea creatures.

I think that this community is a bit undiscovered at the moment... it is close to the airport, close to Palermo and has everything that you might need. I did not encounter any homeless, panhandlers, hustlers or unsavory residents. Your folks at businesses here may not speak English as much as those in the larger cities like Palermo.

Great location, ideal as a base to explore this part of Sicily. Easy access from Palermo Punta Raisi Airport (15mins by train...Isola Delle Femmine train station 400 metres from the property). Clean, great views from the communal terrace (There are two apartments, we stayed in the seaview apartment which has its own balcony). Comfortable, great facilities (air-conditioning), washing, machine and ironing. Nice little kitchen, too.
Fantastic host: Salvatore was there to greet us the moment we arrived, was available throughout for questions concerns etc
Facilities: clean, functional, everything we needed for a week stay plus fresh linens after three days
Location: Isola delle Femmine was a great hub easy to access the western part of sicily and very close to the airport as well as Palermo without the hustle and bustle.
Excellent spot to stay for a night in Isola delle Femmine. Host was responsive, helpful, and patient even though we don’t speak a word of Italian. Room was new, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was just what we needed to start the day, a delicious coffee and a choice from a great selection of breads and pastries. Location was excellent.
Really friendly and helpful hosts. Apartment is big and comfortable with private parking behind the locking gate. You can see from balcony sea and mountains but the apartment is located on post industrial quiet area. 5 minutes by a car to city center Isola delle Femmine.
the location is amazing. We had brakfast and dinner every day at the hotel, the food is very good. Our room has clean, with a big balcony and a huge shower. I truly recoand the location for relaxation.
Stylish Italian villa on good position between beach, Isola delle Femmine city center and supermarket and train station. Yo can choose from several terraces around the house with different views.
Nice, clean and modern accomodation near the piazza de Isola delle Femmine within walking distance to the beach. Rosaria was very nice and has a lovely pizzeria in the piazza. Delicious!
David is so kind. He helped me a lot during my stay. The place is perfect to explore this magnificent town Isola Delle Femmine in Sicily. I recommend 100% da Cappellini
