New comfortable apartments with heating, everything was good. First floor with kitchen and sofabed, bedroom on the second floor and bedroom for child(probably) on the third floor. The host was always ready to help. Doesn't have own parking, large public parking directly opposite, but it is paid in season.
An excellent place to stay.
There are a lot of restaurants and bar/cafeterias, everything in good price and the view is excellent.
There are a lot of places to walk and have fotos by the see.
The beach is sandy and the sea is perfect, especially for families. It is not crowded and very clean.
Also, it is in a good position, in order to have some trips to other beaches/destinations.
I, definitely recommend it, and for sure i will go again.

It was very easy to tell, even slightly before the main season, that Isola Rossa is a town made for tourists. Even though we are tourists who visit Sardinia, we like to be in towns where there is vibrant local culture, and unfortunately, we never got those feelings in Isola Rossa--everything is geared towards tourists and, while we understand that tourism is a vital part of the local economy, it felt like Isola Rossa lacked in spirit and culture, especially compared to many other Sardinian towns we've visited over the years. It's very easy to get around and find everything you might need there. The large public beach does have 2 designated umbrella/chair areas for local hotels, but besides those areas, the beach is open for public use and stretches quite far down. Our favorite area was actually far down away from the promenade, where the sandy beach transforms into a gorgeous pebble beach. There were plenty of restaurants and places to visit downtown along the beach and beside the marina, so it's a great location if you're the type of tourist who wants to eat and drink out a lot. We visited a lovely gelateria, La Rosa dei Venti, several times (it was one of the best parts of our week there--incredible family-run place). The main supermarket is at the beginning of town, so it's more convenient to drive there, but there's also a smaller ISA in town. We were sad to notice a lot of garbage around town (we were there for 7 days, so it wasn't that we happened to come the day before pick-up day or anything)--everything was left on the curb on each collection day and the wild boars (yes, wild boars in the town, picking garbage at night), seagulls, and stray cats had a field day with it all before the collectors came. Surely there's a more environmentally-friendly way the town could ensure that the animals cannot and do not pick the garbage, leaving it littered all over the sidewalks and streets. It was honestly disgusting and sad to see.

Absolutely AWFUL!!!!
Absolutely AWFUL!!!!
In the day when we arrived, we didn't receive the room which we paid
for a Suite with Sea view about 30 sqare metersthen a very small studio
situated in the top of the complex. Even thgough, the reception
personnel tried to convinced us than we haven't right ad it isn't
possible to chainge it.
For the first three days no any cleaning services were proccessed in
the room ( cleaning, changing the towels and bad sheets) even we
claimed several times.
Finally, in the fourth days, the hotel management acceoted to change
our room and do the cleanup, but after a day we noticed that in this
new room, the air conditionary didn't work at all and the temperature
in the room was extraimly high.
We claimed again to the hotel management, another vacation day was
distroyed due we packed again the luggages and move them in the third
room.

A good place to holiday with family. There is a good beach.
A good place to holiday with family. There is a good beach. It's possible to eat not expensive in a few restaurants. Generally, it's a place to rest in silence in June. I don't know how is in July and August.

Wonderful, quiet, perfect vacation location for those looking for beautiful surroundings, great beaches, truly relaxing.
Not a lot of partiers, great hang-out spots to just grab a drink. Wonderful little night market with vendors. Restaurants are good & friendly. The locals are friendly. Some spectacular ice cream shops.
It's almost perfectly in the middle of St. Teresa & Stintino. Each of those are easy day trips. Yet Isola Rossa is so much less crowded!

Great place - really worthy to visit this part of Sardegna - beach is really nice especially for kids - perfect for the games with sand and calm sea. Entrance to sea is really good for small kids. Local market and restaurants are full of fresh food and nice people. There is a few interesting places to visit around - beaches in Badesi and Costa Paradiso, stone monument Nughera majora near Tempio Pausania, light house in Capo testa, castle in Castelsardo and Castello di Casteldoria
The landlord was helpful and waited for us even though we arrived late in the evening. The location of our apartment was very good, right next to the office where we took the keys, although they have apartments all around the area. The apartment was spacious and the bed mattress was very comfortable for us, rather hard than soft. Kitchen was quite well equipped, generally we had everything that we needed.
Good value for your money, we've spent a nice week on Isola Rossa.
I thought it was great value for money. There are some 'snagging' issues around the hotel that are being finished off but overall it is a beautiful hotel with loads of potential. Dinner was great and we really enjoyed it. The views and sunsets are incredible.
We ate lunch at the Splash Bar most days and again it was good value for money and the staff were great.
Our room was cleaned really well each day.
Our daughter loved the baby disco each evening
Good AC, new equipement, comfortable beds. Washing machine in the bathroom. Free private parking underground or on the street. Very clean. Oven and induction stove. Location near the beach and city promenada. Staff is friendly and helpful. They speak fluent English. Very big terrace with a view.
Pictures of the apartment before we left hence the mess. Apartment was very clean.
Extraordinary staff, helpful, positive, easy-going. Tasty breakfast, delicious coffee. Located near main boulevard with beaches and restaurants. Hotel was in quiet neighborhood. Room was clean with spacious bathroom. The only thing that needs improvement is bed as it could be a bit more comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and it was enough to get relaxed.
The apartment was clean and having all the amenities like AC, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils, glasses etc. Apartment was situated in a very calm and safe area. It was wonderful experience staying at this apartment. My family enjoyed staying here and we will recommend it to anyone who will be travelling to Sardinia.
This is a beautiful hotel, in the most perfect location, the best host I have ever met. My mum fell ill while on holiday and the owner went out of his way completely to help me. Even talking to the hospital at 3am and letting me know what's happening. I cannot reccommend this hotel enough! And I can't wait to return.
1. The overall setting, location, sea, nature.
2. Services were almost impecable. First time in a few years I felt people were genuinely smiling when working (reception, waiters, bartenders, people on the beach).
3. Coffee was good at breakfast, which is not always the case even in 5* hotels.
The appartement has got an ideal location. It is situated in the beautiful residence very close to the beautiful beach (walking distance). The beach nearby is not overcrowded, we were able to find quiet place. It was just perfect for our holiday with the dog.
Huge terras with abundant sunshine, but also a part covered to have a wonderful breakfast. The view was impressive.
Tip: beautiful hike around the red rocks at Canneddi near the sea, with great beachbar.
Big enough room, right in the center of Isola Rossa. Easy to park just next to the building. The breakfast was nice and varies, fresh croissants, fruit, meats and cheese. Very good value for money.
just an incredible location with the best view of this stunning part of Sardinia. Having a nice balcony to watch the world go by was lovely and the apartment was a great size for the 3 of us.
Check in was really fast. No problems at all with the arrival. Location is great - in the central area of the town, near shops and restaurants. Very close to the beach
Location. Location. Location. It is close to the beach with plenty restaurants nearby. The view is amazing. Daniela, the host, was kind and responsive.
