If you have watched this film about the writer and dream to visit Tuscany this is the best place to do it! Right in the centre of the town, narrow streets, charming café of the owners, restaurants, friendly and smiling inhabitants.
The flat itself has everything-kitchen, wifi, shower with window on the surroundings....
Note that by car you have a similar driving time from here to the thermal baths of Saturnia, San Marino or even Rome, and Arezzo, the aforementioned Cortona, Siena or Florence is very close.

Really nice apartment, located in quite historic building but with modern equipment inside. Located in a very nice small town. The host was very nice and easy to communicate. He treated us with some snacks for breakfast, which was very nice.
