Our stay was exceptional. We went for my 60th birthday and the welcoming and attentive staff made for an excellent experience. The meal was delicious at the hotel restaurant with a really good breakfast the next morning. They upgraded our room, which was very comfortable and had the feeling of grandeur we were looking for. Very nice hotel in a small town very close to Venice, take the Bus and in 40 min you are in Venice center. The staff was nice and available to explain all directions.

The staff was great. The entire facility is up to date and very clean. We were traveling by bicycle and arrived on a very rainy day. We looked like drowned rats. We were given a free upgrade as the lower unit in our soaked condition would work better for us. We also arrived during a family get together and were invited to join for some desert and wine. I highly recommend.

The place is very spacious, very comfortable, very well equipped, the location close to Venice is perfect for quick access and far enough to keep the price reasonable. The owners are very kind and helpful, including advice for visits and restaurants. We will definitely come back.

Giuseppe his wife ,daughter and their sweet champagne lab (I guess ) greeted us like a family member upon our arrival. They take pride and effort to make sure their guests feel being welcomed and fell like at home. The whole stay felt like you've visited your friends and they're genuinely happy to see you. We were on our way to Venice planned for the next day and Giuseppe was very helpful with his tips and ideas about Venice. He told us where to park,what Vaporeto to take,where to go ,what to see....... We stayed in room which had beautiful view of their garden. Room wasn't very big,but spacious enough to offer all the comfort we needed. In the morning we were leaving earlier and they prepared the breakfast for us 30 min earlier they normally do,which was very thoughtful and nice from them. We had very nice stay and very nice time with them and we will definitely book our stay there again if we ever go there in the future
