Nothing. The wifi dropped in and out. None during the night mostly off. The breakfast was a joke. The hotel is falling apart. In fact how you can call it a hotel. Its street view would make you run away and not much better when you get up to the hotel on the 4th floor. This hotel should be regraded it is not a 4 star

The location was brilliant: lovely easy walking to everywhere we wanted to visit in beautiful Arezzo. Good restaurants, bars and cafés nearby. And a short walk to the station.
Quirky rooms in a lovely old building. Ours was three floors up but we had hand luggage suitcases and small rucksacks only, so no problem!
Great comfy bed in a room with a little balcony, a fresco above an old fireplace, and a tiny but beautifully kitted en-suite shower room. No kettle etc but we knew that, and the breakfast with good coffee was generous and good.
