The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the hills and the surrounding countryside. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the area and things to do. Absolutely stunning hotel, can’t be beat for beauty or impressiveness. Our room and bathroom were wonderful. Dinner room was also beautiful. Staff were mostly friendly and a little kooky, not as stuffy as in some similar hotels

The location of the hotel is perfect, 6 minutes away from the airport of Perugia. It is also close to the Bastia Umbra rail station. For anyone who would like to visit Assisi, etc. we recommend this hotel. The breakfast and pizza were good. We didn't get to have lunch/dinner at the hotel.
