The breakfast was OK, from 07:30-09:30. The staff was really friendly. The location, if you want to see the old town, was great. You can walk all the way to the top, in both directions. You can also walk half-way and then take the tram at Funicolare Città Alta (usually long queue). I will post tourist map, X marks the Hotel. There is free street-parking close to the hotel, and also a pay-parking if you can't find any spots in the free one. There is bus stop right next to the hotel.
