From the moment we arrive the staff were very attentive, our room was upgraded and we were cared for throughout our stay.
The location is spectacular, with many locations to relax and enjoy it.
The buggy down to the cove/beach was great.
This 4-star hotel is set in Argentario Bay. The private beach across the road is equipped during the summer with free parasols, beach towels and sun beds. Parking is free.

Lovely setting, very clean, excellent staff. For me , the walk into Porto Santo Stefano was enjoyable. If you decide to walk 15mins, make sure you take the coastal , old railway tunnel route. Definitely not the main road, it’s too dangerous, no pavement and very narrow.
Bus stops very close to the hotel.
Set on the Monte Argentario peninsula, the beachfront Hotel Villa Domizia offers accommodation with air conditioning and free WiFi. A private beach with lawn is also available.

Final remarks on Argentario location overall: in our opinion...
Final remarks on Argentario location overall: in our opinion it’s best visited by boat, so if your expectation is to find long wide sand beaches, they’re not really here. The only alternative is La Feniglia natural reserve, but that implies moving by car hoping to find a parking spot - that is about 10 kms away.

Incredible place to relax and unwind.
Incredible place to relax and unwind. The staff and food are exceptional. The views are so beautiful and sunsets priceless. There are many activities during season we came at the end to relax between sightseeing in the major cities.
Easy to get to between Florence/Pisa and Rome by train or car.
We would definitely return!!

The area is nice to stroll along the sea
The area is nice to stroll along the sea
But it is impossible to find parking even 1km far from center. No taxis or uber
The walk is dangerous along the road where cars are passing and it is very curvy
So there is a lot of hassle

Porto Santo Stefano was very nice.
Porto Santo Stefano was very nice. The ocean was clear blue and beautiful. There were a lot of restaurants. It was very easy to walk around Porto Santo Stefano. I had the best pizza in my life at Pizz & Core. We booked a boat and went out on the ocean, that was very nice. Will we see Hamilton Porto Santo Stefano Wettersten? Very nice. Awesome go to restaurant yard Molia to hear about what??

Totally overrated location.
Totally overrated location. It is all wrecked down, old buildings (mostly from the 70's and early 80's). It is absolutely not the mundane holiday place it likes to portray itself. definitely doesn't have anything to do with a post COVID situation as the buildings were clearly lacking decade long maintenance. It was quite hard to find a decent place to eat (we ended up buying our food in the supermarket and eat in our room). There are literally not shops, the coffee shops don't accept cards and frankly speaking it is more a place for people that like camping (there's a 5 mile stretch leading to Argentario which is full of camping villages and camping spots). It is not a clean area at all.

It's hard to find enough words - we absolutely loved this place. Great people (Marco and Gianni), great breakfast, and the whole experience was quintessentially Italian. Fantastic views, fantastic location, and a cute little beach. The service was great, and the room was lovely and perfect for our short stay.
This place is somewhere we would stay again if we return to Porto Santo Stefano in the summer.
The location is amazing just few steps away from the “heart” of Porto Santo Stefano, with an amazing view towards the sea and the town. I could not choose a better place than this one, nice house, friendly and generous people, always ready to help you. I will recommend this property 100% and I know for sure, I will be back there as soon as possible. In one simple word, perfect in all the ways!
Thank you…
The staff was really nice and the rooms were nice and clean, the rooftop terrace had an amazing view of the ocean. The breakfast was also really good, a lot of different choices. You can rent electric bikes directly at the hotel (new with really good batteries) and it’s an really amazing way to explore the place. Would definitely reccomend!
They have good bikes for rent. It suites very good to the trails around the peninsula.
The staff at the hotel was so helpful. Ashley explained everything I needed and helped me a lot with bike and routes for riding.
The room was very clean. It had everything I needed, even a table for work.
The view is exceptionally beautiful and the outdoor area of the house is spacious and makes for a pleasant stay. The view of nearby Porto Santo Stefano is especially beautiful in the evening. The house includes a garage that can accommodate two cars, which is a pleasant luxury.
This hotel is in a beautiful location with fantastic views and welcoming staff. There was a minor hitch with getting our lunch and the head waiter made sure that we were particularly well looked after from then on.
The room was spacious and had two balconies with views.
Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and fun. Great views right on the beach. Short stroll into Porto Santo Stefano centro. Great upper level balcony to join friends for a cocktail. Cute table next to window with view of beach.
Parking was directly behind the apartment up a side alley marked as a do not enter. Go up there and you can park in the lot with the parking pass provided. This was a big bonus as parking in Porto Santo Stefano is hard to find.
The breakfast at Hotel Alfiero was simple but great. The check-in process was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful. I also had a bigger than expected room, with a nice view of the port, so that exceeded my expectations.
Great reception staff. We were upgraded to a wonderful seaview suite and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was a great location to go into the port or to Porto Ercole. We swam in the pool. Highly recommend the hotel.
Beautiful hotel. The view from the room and the dining room is amazing. The lady from the reception was kind, lovely, and willing to help us in everything we asked. Thank you.
Centrally located in Porto Santo Stefano. Clean Appartment and friendly host. Key pickup was well coordinated via whatsapp. AirCon and Fridge available.
