The rooms were clean, we had a double and 2 bunks next to it with a private shower room. There is a big pool and a restaurant on site. Free parking outside the hotel entrance. Location isn't too far from the beach. AC heating worked fine. Slept well, nice and quiet ( in April) I think only a couple of rooms taken up.

The hotel is in Presicce suberbs in a very calm place. Its very near to beautiful beaches of Salento on both costs. So its a perfect starting point for sightseeing Salento and its coastal. To beaches you have around 15 minutes by car. The pool is also very nice, in a green scenery in a very nice garden. Also the food offered Trattoria Salvatore was delicious. This was a very nice stay and holidays with family! Thank you!MichalPoland

Bartolomeo and his wife were extremely helpful for every request. They gave great local restaurant recommendations and suggested a few local festivals happening in town in Presicce to go to. The studio was also very large and comfortable, and the AC was a big relief as the temperature neared 40°.

We got a great list about the best palaces to visit for eat, drink or go to the beach. The apartman very nice, clean and located in the historical city center of Presicce. Anyway Presicce is a really good choice to visit the best beaches or villages in Salento! Free parking next to the apartman on the street. The value is much more better than the price! However, the longer we stayed, the more we came to appreciate the hotel. The breakfast was very extensive, and if you enjoy a sweet breakfast, you'll be fully satisfied. The pool was delightful, and the rooms were genuinely comfortable. There were many families around.

Feeling to be at such a place is incredible. Alberto is a very positive and nice person. He will provide you a guide with the most interesting places around Presicce. If you want to feel the real Puglia atmosphere and sleep in a house built in 1600 this is your place. Real Italian beauty.

The breakfast was great ad the staff were very friendly. I was able to check-in early as well. The location was also very central with private parking. Definitely recommend!
