Beautiful little village, great that there is an elevator that takes you up to the old town from a parking lot at the bottom so that you don't have to walk up the stairs especially if you have difficulty with steep hills or walking uphill.

Todi is a beautiful little town.
Todi is a beautiful little town. We loved the scenery that surrounded the town. The history around every corner. Every shop or restaurant we went to we were treated with great respect. Churches are well worth a visit but be prepared to walk a lot of steps. Overall a wonderful place.

Beautiful old town with lots of very old buildings in great...
Beautiful old town with lots of very old buildings in great condition! There is a big square with a great cathedral and municipal buildings in fantastic condition. There are so many great restaurants. There are many small alleyways with historical buildings.
The location was good. It isn't actually in Todi but in the hamlet of Pontecuti which is close to a main highway. This is good for visiting the nearby towns though less good for eating out at night as the nearest restaurants are in Todi. There is ample parking only a few metres from the front door (near the church). The view from the windows and patio is somewhat curtailed by the walls of the old 'borgo' but this helps keep the apartment cool. Great locking mesh door to the kitchen which keeps the insects out but lets cool air in.
From the moment you walk through the from door the area is filled the delicious scent of the lemon tree in the centre atrium, its intoxicating ! The property location in the centre of Todi is perfect and then you have access to the properties vast terraced areas to relax and enjoy a aperitivo. The rooms are spacious and super clean and you have access to a well stocked honesty bar, breakfast is a local treat just a short walk away.
A great bonus is having on-site parking.
Great hosts, warm and welcoming !
Location is so beautiful, overlooking the valley and hills. The house was terrific. The hosts, Frederica and Marco, we’re so warm, inviting and open. We loved them as much as we loved the space.
Frederica is a noted interior designer, and we so appreciated all aspects as to how she created such a beautiful environment.
It’s only a brief drive to Todi, and centrally located for reasonable drives to the beautiful small towns in Umbria.
We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
The place was a nice surprise. We booked a room at the last minute without having big expectations. The hotel is situated in a very suggestive location, the hotel is very charming and it has been meticulously decorated and furnished.
The staff is very friendly and they did everything they could to make us fell welcome and to satisfy our needs.
The restaurant offers typical food at reasonable prices.
Dogs are welcome.
Strongly recommend.
We enjoyed everything about our stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size for our family of 3. The breakfast each morning was plenty and traditional Italian. Very good. The location to Todi was close and could see the gorgeous town from the pool. Parking our rental car was easy, lots of parking available. We had fun practicing our Italian the week we stayed. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

- Good breakfast included, possibility of diner (3 tasty courses for 25/euro pp, bottle of wine included, food handmade in their own kitchen). Very tasty diner for a small price!!

Everything about our stay was perfect. This is a charming hotel. The room was gorgeous. The hotel has beautiful antique furniture and incredible views overlooking the Umbrian countryside. Chiara the host was wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us and recommended several restaurants and bars in Todi.
Very nicely done hotel on the outskirts a most interesting and lovely city, Todi with good parking and quiet enviroment. Excellent breakfast, unfortunately the restaurant was not open several nights for dinner. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good Wifi downstairs.
The Todi Truffle was excellent. Very spacious and clean. It is quiet inside the property and the location is private. WIFI speed was good and there is safe, secure parking. Two bathrooms. This property is great value for money. Would highly recommend
