Vado Ligure is a small city surrounded by industry and a Port for ferries and other sea ships, wich makes it less atmospheric then other villages like Finale Ligure, but Vado Ligure has also a nice beach, some beachbars, and enough restaurants and shops to suit as a holiday destination. Varied breakfast (ham, eggs, salami, yogurt, tasty pies,croissants, etc.), multiple juices, the best coffee...:)) Parking opposite hotel...large, enough space. Polite staff, always to help. The hotel has also restaurant and bar and near hotel there is a market (very usefully), also there are good restaurants in the neighborhood.AdrianPortugal

We didn't eat dinner at the restaurant but had breakfast there, which was fine but as it has no windows directly to the outside (just to the lobby seating areas) it feels a little canteen style. The bedroom was clean but tried, beds OK but shower strong and warm. Views over the docks and a pizzeria a short stroll away.

Anyway good at the end. Room enough, good towels, bidet in bathroom (italian standards). Quiet location. Ferry port 7 minutes by foot. Bus stop from Savona, opposite to the hotel.
