Overall, we had a good time and I would recommend it. They are a good option if you want to go to the Thermal Centre.. because it's basically there!
The access to the Hotel gives also accesss to all the thermal pools, internal and external.
If you want to go to have therapeutic treatments like mud, etc, then you can cross the internal road and be there, so it's very convenient (please note nothing is included there anyway).

Beautiful property, friendly host. Lovely, simple and comfortable unit, nice view from the second floor. Second floor terrace is not private, which is not indicated in pictures, so we found that both disappointing and awkward. Pool is better suited to kids than adults…bedroom air conditioner worked well.

The concept of the thermal lake and amenities are spectacular and not to be missed. However, the hotel is rather overpriced for the service you receive as you pay extra for lake access. The outdoor seating was all closed in August despite the weather being fine.

Venturina itself was nothing special, but there are beautiful historical towns and sights all around (Campiglia Marittima, Massa Marittima, Suvereto, Populonia just to name some). Great starting point for all kinds of trips.

We needed a quick stop in Venturina for the night and this place overdelivered for what we were hoping for. We would have stayed longer with the right time. Place is very well cared, hosts very professional and friendly. Close to the Venturina center where you have one of the best coffe place on the coast, also close to Seaside and beautiful medieval towns at 15 min drive.

Very nice place, clean residence houses but worst check-out service I ever had. We were late with check out (50 minutes), it is of course our mistake. Receptionist do not ask for any reason/explanations (my wife has stomach ache because of food), she did not ask us how we liked. She just said "you are late one hour" nothing else and "goodbye". After that (after 5-10 minutes) I received the message that later checkout is charged by 20 euro. I was thinking that it is some mistake, but it were not. We known that we probably broken the rules and 20 euro is not much, but she can announced it with smile by smart talk at the end. The final feeling from this vacation was destroyed. Not by the 20 eur penalty but by the un-profesionality communication. To the residnce: this is small but important part of services package that make the diferences in your market. Communication knowledge and skills are very important . Else, we spended there nice time. Other staff we met were perfect.

Everything is delightful booked Hot Springs for both days we did the Sposter one stayed in the hotel two nights extended our stay.
