Everything was amazing! It was the best decision to spend my birthday in this beautiful hotel. Personnel was very attentive, we got a bottle of Prosecco to the room as a bday present. The view from the room was breathtaking! Breakfasts were very tasty and waiters were very polite and professional. I got a slice of cake with the candle at the breakfast that made my day even more special. The hotel has beautiful garden area and free parking. Big thanks for making our trip unforgettable and so special!

The hotel is in a great location the facilities and staff are exceptional, they couldn't have done more to make our stay any better. All the staff were amazing but i must make a special mention to Benjie at reception and Michele from the bar who went above and beyond. We can't wait to go back.

Breakfast was very good, but what was better is the person running the restaurant in the morning. She was beyond amazing, friendly, on top of things, attentive, accommodating, making people comfortable and happy, so you start the day right. Was very impressed by her.

Great location right near the train for the train in from Naples or a day trip to Sorrento! Beautiful views from the balconies/outdoor areas, clear rooms, really helpful and friendly staff and great access to a small, quiet beach! A short walk from the main square passing lots of lovely restaurants on the way, you’re not far from anything!

Vico Equense is a charming little town with not too many tourists - at least not when we were there in April. The people were generally friendly and could speak english. It is a short 10 minute train trip from Vico Equense to Sorrento and about half an hour to Pompei.

Vico Equense is a small quiet town that is full of friendly and kind locals. Me and my family were so pleased that we picked Vico Equense over Sorrento for our stay. You will like Vico Equense if you like having a morning run up to the hill or down to the beach. We were so lucky that we could join the triennial Good Friday Procession at Vico Equense, it was just an amazing experience. If you like gelato (who doesn't!?), do try the brioche con gelato at Gelateria Gabrielle, it is so nice and you can choose two flavours! For restaurants, we love eating at Ristorante al buco; we went there twice during our one-week stay! Vico Equense is just a beautiful place, it doesn't take you long to get to the busy Sorrento, Pompeii and Naples Central. So yes, for us, just perfect!

Fab port, hire a boat to take you around the coast of Sorrento and Almalfi or take a ferry. It’s a great place and a lot quieter than Sorrento etc.

Vico Equense was the perfect launch point to see other places on the Amalfi Coast. The city itself is small, but has numerous restaurants, a beautiful beach and a lovely viewpoint and likely other attractions that I did not encounter. I chose this destination as I sought an affordable apartment with a kitchen for our stay. I love eating out while traveling, but I also greatly enjoy the food markets and being able to purchase local food and wine and enjoying it with a view - especially at the end of long day of sightseeing. Vico Equense is definitely a walking city. It is also incredibly easy to catch the train and/or bus to get to other sites. I would definitely stay here again.

This town is an excellent base for visiting Campania.
This town is an excellent base for visiting Campania. It sits on the train line that links Naples to Sorrento, so you can visit Naples, Vesuvius, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Sorrento with ease. If you want to do the Amalfi coast you can drive it it, but ai would recommend seeing it from the water, along with Capri using ferries that leave from Sorrento, or Seiano harbour.
Awesome view, really unforgettable... very friendly and helpful staff, air conditioning was working properly, and comfortable beds. Good breakfast, not a huge variety, but a little bit different every day and home-cooked dinner, which is reasonably priced. Having dinner with a stunning view of sunset over the bay is priceless. Loved the huge terrace :)
Hotel is quite high up the mountain, one can walk downstairs, which takes about 7 min down and about 10 minutes back up. There is also a bus going up from the train station 2 times every hour.
The location is 10+ in the old part of Vico Equense. Our host was welcoming us in person when we arrived. The apartment is spacious and during warm season you also have a terrace to spend some time. We had the opportunity to have light continental breakfast in a nearby cafe which was ok for us; of course you can cook your own breakfast if you like. The most important thing to us was our host was very responsive and helped us in all matters and stretched even beyond what you could expect during your vacation.
Our room was upgraded to one with a balcony. Nice view of the harbour and private beach
Beach looked nice but did not make use of it.
Breakfast was good, usual mix of hot food, fruit cereals, pastries & fruit. Nothing too fancy. Nice restaurant and good service.
The location of the hotel in Vico Equense was perfect. Not busy like Sorrento and only a cheap (€2.20) 11 m train ride away.
Served by a good Airport shuttle bus (Curreri Viaggi €10)
Seano harbour close by served by Ferries to Sorrento.
We stayed here for 3 nights of our honeymoon & couldn’t have picked a better hotel. Ronato & his team are fantastic & helped with anything we needed. Breakfast each morning was fresh and healthy - we really enjoyed. The restaurant itself is fantastic also - we shared the sea bass one night and it was one of the best meals we had in Italy. Make sure you utilise the shuttle service and experience the restaurants in Seiano as food is fantastic & on the water. We will be back !
Maria was so amazing! She greeted us immediately and helped us with our bags. She is so friendly and helpful for anything we needed. The place was in a perfect location to explore Vico Equense and super close to the train station. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed. We felt so comfortable and cared for and knew that we could contact Maria is we needed anything. Truly an amazing experience all around, so happy to have stayed here!
VERY clean! You get to truly experience the Italian culture here. I highly recommend renting scooters (roughly 40-60 euros per day). It makes it easier to travel up/down the hill. The owners were so nice, and the area is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! It is roughly 50 minutes from Positano and roughly 45min it’s from Sorrento. I loved experiencing the Italian culture here, it doesn’t compare to the rest of the “City life” of Italy.
Would definitely recommend Grand Hotel Moon Valley. The view was just breathtaking to wake up to every day. We loved the location, the atmosphere and the facilities. The staff were very helpful and the shuttle bus made everything so convenient. We tried a local restaurant Il Ritrovo del Amgli that did gluten free pizza and was just 5 minutes walk which also added to our holiday experience.
We had an amazing stay at Villa Ketty. The whole familie is lovely and very friendly. The environment is beautiful with a stunning sunset. Antonio gave us a lot of recommendations for day trips, which were very nice! Last but not least the breakfast, just perfect and overwhelming! Vila Ketty is definitely one of the best places in Italy!
Caterina and the staff are just amazing people. She was always there to help us and she made sure we had the best stay possible. The breakfast has everything you can dream of (and more). In summary it was one of the highlights from our vacation in Italy!
Thank you Caterina for the amazing stay 🥰
The cat called Petra is also very cute!
Baldino Oasi Relais is located right across the street from Bikini Beach in Vico Equense. It’s 2 kms from the centre, has private on-site parking, friendly staff, spacious and clean room with great water pressure in the shower. Ocean view room was great. On-site restaurant (2nd floor) and main floor coffee and food area are convenient.
Everything!! Tony& Sabrina are so welcoming, they went above and beyond to make the stay and visit in Italy a dream. There are some mascots who make you feel like you are with beloved family. The views are phenomenal , breakfast was delicious and the Room we stayed in was beyond AMAZING!! The stay here made me want to never leave.
Location and property was quiet but close to bus stop for larger nearby town of Vico Equense with loads of nice restaurants. Sorrento and Pompeii easy to get to from there too. Walking distance of smaller village of Montechiaro with at least two really nice restaurants. Stunning sea views across to Mount Vesuvius and Sorrento.
The views from the hotel are amazing. The staff at the reception were very helpful and made our stay comfortable. The hotel staff in general were so hard working and friendly. The hotel and room was very clean. Their spa was very relaxing. Make sure to walk around Vico Equense and visit the beaches.
My family and I had a lovely 3 night stay at Vico Equense Cubo Apartments. The breakfasts were incredible including homemade pastries and ricotta. The owners were very hospitable and kind. Perfect base location if looking to spend some time in Amalfi.
The hotel is beautiful and super charming with astonishing views of the sea. We sat by the pool and couldn’t get over the gorgeous views. The staff is really friendly and helpful. This was the perfect place for a relaxing stay
The breakfast was incredible, home made and personal treatment from the owners :)
the staff is great and very welcoming, the pool is very nice with great view.
quite place and also free large parking which is rear in Italy😬
Amazing views, great restaurant. Pool area is great. Vico Equense is an amazing town and the hotel’s location is great, not too far from restaurants or the station.
The best thing about this hotel is the position on the cliff and the view.
The view is really beautiful. Hotel is near Sorrento.
Capuchino is really good.
Everything was perfect. Probably the best place we stayed in southern Italy. Rooftop was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly.
