This was our first experience at a Japanese Love Hotel. I liked the privacy and discreteness of the property. We didn’t see the staff’s faces and they didn’t see ours. Anonymity maintained!

Free drinks, actual keys for the rooms, the private stidy-room style booths in the lobby were a nice idea and lots of free amenities. We requested non-smoking rooms and they were able to give us one soon after checking in.

The capsule was nice and clean, and had a small fan for ventilation. Nice public bath with indoor and outdoor baths. Location is right behind tokorozawa station, which makes it easy to access.

Excellent service from welcoming friendly staff. they were very helpful and efficient in storing our bicycles away overnight, thank you very much. the lake view was magnificent. the spacious room was comfortable with a choice of sleeping on bed or futon. lovely tea choices. great yukata. location was perfect next to Sayama park and the bike/running trail around lake Tama (with cherry blossoms in full bloom). also directly across from familymart.
