I had a fantastic reply from the general manager, as I complained that the (mostly) German clientele had laid their towels out on the sunbeds before breakfast and then they intermittantly disappeared for the day, so those who were polite enough not to do so lost out! This situation has hopefully been resolved! Some people also seemed to reserve the best meal tables for their entire stay, so if you wanted to sit at a particular table, for example to avoid the sun, or for the best view, it was permanently reserved. (Probably by the same sun bed grabbing Germans!) The staff and food were very good. My response from the GM was superb!

The location. AC working fine. It was close to a mosque but we did not get disturbed/wake up by 5ish am.

The room was spacious and clean. Modern bathroom with hot water. Great view and lovely balcony. The hotel is directly on the beach with easy access and pool directly accessible and not congested. The breakfast and dinner was diverse and the chefs serving the food were very pleasant and friendly. Majority of the staff were cordial and friendly. Special thanks to Jacinta at reception and the towel handler/lifeguard who were very kind. Overall the stay was pleasant and facilities surprisingly great.
