Location was secure and great, with access to shops, groceries, tuk-tuks, public transport and close to the Capital - Colombo. The Bathrooms were well equipped with hot/ cold water and new shower cubicles. Overall the medium sized rooms were quite pleasant to stay with serviced Air Cons and Balcony. The Kitchen was also well equipped with Gas Cook top, Microwave Oven, Fridge, Cutlery and host of other kitchen aids.

Mohan is not just an apartment owner. He became our friend. We are happy to met him! Mohan is very interesting and wise man. He likes his business very much! He told us about his family history and also about himself and his hobbies.
One of his hobbies is Karaoke singing! We spent the evening in singing the songs. He sang mostly, of course, but on My Way I couldn't resist and helped him😁 At the end of the evening, my wife and I sang our traditional folk song for him.
The review would be unfair if all the impressions of the stay were reduced only to the owner. Mohan studied hospitality in the UK, and after that he worked in famous hotels in the UK and Sri Lanka. He follows the same rules in his apartment. The room is perfectly clean, pre-cooled with air conditioning. The balcony overlooks the river and the various birds that live there. We saw some parrots. A comfortable bed, a refrigerator, cool drinking water - everything leads to a good rest for body and soul.
Every breakfast at Mohan's house is a masterpiece. Be sure to try this wonderful 5-course breakfast with fruits, toast, jams, scrambled eggs, vegetables and coffee or tea.

Good location I walked from the migration department, it’s not far. The hotel has late check-in, a towel in the room, drinking water. There is a large kitchen and you can cook food.

Super location. Walking distance from the Fort railway station. Also very close to the Dutch Hospital food joints, the Galle face beach and some good looking government buildings.
Nice rooms and excellent value for money. Our family room was large and comfortably accommodated us. There was also a nice balcony. The bathroom was decent.

This 3-Level Apartment has 3 Bed Rooms and is located in a secure and convenient location in Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka. The Hosts were quite friendly and responsive to your needs. The accommodation is well-equipped for a long-term stay as well. All Appliances and Equipment were in working order. The Washing Machine helped me to travel with less clothes. The Accommodation had a separate entrance with access to the Electric Roller Door. The 3rd Level had the Laundry with access to a Roof Top terrace where clothes could be dried and having a 360 degree view of the surroundings incl. high rise buildings in Colombo.
