This place is great in every way.
It is hight up in the mountains with probably the most beautiful view in Sri Lanka. You are far from all the touristy attractions but theres still so much to do. You can choose an all inclusive package (with activities). We didn’t but ended up doing yoga and also whent on an amazing Hike through the montains and waterfalls. You can do cooking classes by a waterfall and arts and so many more things. Get a massage!
You will eat breakfast and diner with all the other guests. The best food we have had since we arrived in Sri Lanka. Met so many nice travelers and made some new friends.
Staff is also amazing, will help with anything needed. They have Yoga teachers from arround the world that come and stay and help with everything. Its a must to stay at Welikande even if you have never done Yoga, they will be glad to show you how :)
