The price was the cheapest you can get for a stay near Berovo or Pehcevo and altough you are bit far from both it's just 5 to 10 minute drive to both, so you're kind of in the middle of both cities. Hygiene was top notch, they offer you towels, shower gel, shampoo and even rubber flip flops for the shower. Space was just enough for two people if you are using the apartment only for sleeping and showering. You also have a wardrobe and coat hanger for your clothes.

One of the most remarkable things about Berovo is nature. Your lungs will thank you. But, the hospitality of the people and the deliciousness of the traditional Macedonia food will make you fall in love with Berovo. I highly recommend it!

There is nothing you can do in Berovo.
There is nothing you can do in Berovo. You can visit this city just for one day and leave and you will have seen everything and be satisfied. The Berovo lake is not anything special, the city is very small with very few restaurants that you can all visit in one day. The restaurant I would recommend is Mrs, it's a small restaurant but the food is exceptional. I would avoid going to Manastir restaurant because it looks beautiful on the outside, but the food is pricey and not tasty. All in all, probably won't visit again.

Berovo is an amazing mountain place, offering fresh air and amazing lake views right in the middle of the woods. Even though the city is small, the beauty of it cannot be described with words. It's the perfect spot for everyone needing relaxation, touch with nature, walking and hiking experience and more oxygen. It's also famous for the super delicious local food, including white cheese, vegetables and meat.

I didn't get to travel much in Berovo but I walked along the track made along the lake. Berovo is the prettiest place I have been to in Macedonia. It is very green and full of life while still quiet and peaceful. The track is well made and well maintained with amazing views. Lots of good photo opportunities.

The apartments are located just outside the city, so it's pretty quiet, surrounded by nature and still near the centre in case you need anything. Even though I stayed at the end of May, it gets quite chilly in the evenings in Berovo, but the hosts made sure to turn on the heating every night. The parking is spacious enough, it's free and secure. All in all, it's good value for money, the best in this area.AAnonymousSerbia

The host family was very friendly and helped us with every issue. The communication was easy. The appartment is quite spacious and there is a lovely fireplace in the living room you need to take care of in colder nights. Nice surroundings - Berovo Lake, waterfalls etc. We did enjoy our days there!

She was able to arrange a good wifi connection for us. We had thought the room had a kitchen, but the cooking facility was in a covered area outside the main building. The room had a kettle though. It had big windows making the space bright and with a very modern feel. The location was out of the town and felt safe and quiet.
