Everything.
The hotel is lovely and in a quiet location very close to restaurants and attractions.
It was a pleasure to meet Pauline and Charlie, who were the perfect hosts, very friendly, warm, and welcoming.
The room was spotless,
spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast served was absolutely delicious.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel.

Fantastic! Reuben and his son are warm people who made me feel very welcome and looked after.
I had a large room with an ensuite plus a private balcony with a cool view of the neighbourhood.
The location is PERFECT. It's a 10 minute walk to Mdina. St Paul's Catacombs - 5 minute walk. St Dominic's Priory is just across the road. Bus routes 51, 52, 53 to Valletta and bus route 201 to the airport are only 30 metres away.
Despite the house being so close to the main road, I didn't hear any traffic noise and slept well.
Set in Rabat, 10 km from University of Malta and 11 km from Malta National Aquarium, Terraced house with stunning view close to Mdina offers a terrace and air conditioning.

Great town, two days enough although there is a good bus service. The history of the city is very interesting, although same said for the history of Malta as a whole. 5 days in Malta to sightsee, more if you want a beach holiday. Quite expensive.

We stayed 2 nights in Rabat leading up to St.
We stayed 2 nights in Rabat leading up to St. Joseph's Feast March 19th. The city was beautifully decorated, each day more items added. We did a walking tour of Mdina and then walked through at night, best time. Rabat makes a great base to explore this part of Malta. We bussed or taxied to Mosta, Dingli Cliffs, Aviation Museum, and even to St. Pauls for the afternoon. Highly recommend.

Rabat is a lovely town close to Mdina.
Rabat is a lovely town close to Mdina. The festa at the end of June was a great experience, seeing Maltese come together as a community was quite charming. Some really good restaurants off the main streets, well worth exploring

The apartment was perfectly located for enjoying Rabat on foot. We had a car and although parking os not provided we had no trouble finding parking very near by and it was free. The apartment has lots of stairs with 4 floors ( kitchen in the lower level, livingroom main floor, on the flight up to the bedroom their is a powder room. Second floor is the bedroom and up the next flight of stairs is the main bathroom. A few steps up is a washing machine and then open the patio door and you are on an amazing rooftop terrace with a great with of the top of the church.
Joe, was great with communicating with us and met us at the apartment when we arrived. He also had a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us to enjoy!
For a very reasonable fee he drove us to the airport at the end of our stay which we really appreciated since we needed to drop the car off the evening before.
The only improvement might be to have a few more towels and supply machining machine detergent.....very minor items overall.

Loved location. Special place day and night for sightseeing.
Loved location. Special place day and night for sightseeing. Could be a hub to explore entire island. I found 1 day visit to be just right for me. Loved the clean environs of the town and the beautiful street lights.
The staff was really friendly and I left with the impression that they really cared that I have a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable. The room was free of street noise even though overlooking the parking lot. The breakfast was not fancy but had several options including English breakfast, vegetarian English, scrambled eggs and omelettes with decent coffee. They provide water bottles with the room. The room stayed cool. The hotel is a short Bolt ride away from the Gianpula Village.
A fantastic boutique hotel in an old cinema. Very modern fittings, fabulous location, just 2 min walk to Mdina walled city. The hotel is in a lovely quiet street in the old part of Rabat. The staff were so friendly and helpful and a good choice of breakfast. we wish we could have stayed longer. I am really pleased we chose this hotel as it really is so lovely. It is also close to a great little wine bar with a roof restaurant. We want to come back here!
The suite was of a good size with good storage space. Our room had good facilities to prepare a simple meal if you wanted to. A buffet breakfast was served on the top floor. It was just warm enough to eat on the adjacent very pleasant roof terrace. The old city and the bus station were a short ten minute walk away from the property which was in a quiet street near the heart of Rabat. The sofa bed was comfortable.
Beautiful hotel in a lovingly restored old house. The hotel is small with only 8 rooms so has a cosy intimate feel. The public spaces are elegant and beautifully decorated. Our room was very comfortable with an excellent shower and pretty little balcony over the square. The kitchen and fridge were an added bonus for making tea and coffee. Plenty of choice at breakfast. The owner and staff are very helpful.
The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was we had Room 1 and was a bit noisy. The location was super...bus station right outside door. Easy walk to Rabat sights and Mdina. Lovely ,good breakfast of fresh fruits, juice, eggs, avacado. Communication was great. Very friendly staff, thank you Hassan and owner, Robert. We would definitely go back. Liked the roof terrace off Room 5
Staff were very helpful, always happy to meet any request for assistance. My room had a lovely old traditional tiled floor, but good modern bathroom. The location was superb, very close to the old city of Medina and Rabat. Very good choice for a single traveller. Free parking next to the site, which was a real bonus, as parking can be an issue on Malta
This truly is a gem. Patrick and Beatrice have gone to great lengths to create a beautiful, small hotel right in the heart of Rabat and a 10 minute walk to Madina Gate. They serve a very nice breakfast and will help you with restaurants, walks, etc. All in a gorgeous, 400 year-old, home. We stayed for 4 nights and could have stayed longer.
The room was very large and comfortable. The staff came everyday to change the sheets and towels, so the room was clean. It had everything we needed.
Breakfast was included but we were always late so never got to Try it. The location was ok. In the quiet part of Malta , Mdina was 7 min away by feet. Bus stations were 5 - 7 min away
Beautiful room, 10min walk from Rabat centre and 15min walk to Mdina. The breakfast was amazing (one of the best I ever had at a hotel/b&b) and the hosts are the nicest people. Really recommend staying here if you want to visit Rabat and\or Mdina :)
-The location (old and quiet street of Rabat)
-The room looks quite new. Is spacious with comfortable bed.
-There is a coffee machine on the ground floor that You can use without limits.
-there is a rooftop terrace that can be used.
The host is really friendly, and the Room was great. The accommodation is located 4-5mins walk from Mdina Gate and also close to Rabat centre. We truly enjoyed this stay and highly recommend!
