Great Location, near the pyramids and downtown. Super friendly staff, they made our stay very comfortable.
We had an issue with the hot water, they changed us to a cheaper room and reimbursed the difference. The next day we were transferred to our original room with Jacuzzi without additional charges.

We ended up getting to the hotel late and were up early for a tour but the room was lovely and the bed was huge and extremely comfortable! We were able to park our car in the hotel court yard as well which was very helpful.

It’s Unbelievable to see an actual Pyramid!
It’s Unbelievable to see an actual Pyramid! The experience of seeing these pyramids and the temples is not the same as watching them from you living and watching it on your TV! But because of the pandemic no one was allowed to climb up the pyramids, we were disappointed. However, were able to stand next to it watched it touch it and take videos and pictures! We walked around for more than a mile and even though it was a long hike and a lot of walking l, it was tiring, but it was really really worth it and a a scenic wonder!!! I want to do it all over again!!!

The archeological site is awesome.
The archeological site is awesome. The size the pyramids amazes you and nice small museum (includes in the cheap entrance) adds some nice details. The souvenir sellers usually have reasonable prices and few restaurants around as well.

Its location is the main reason we chose this hotel, it is a 10 minute walk to the pyramids. The hotel is basically a budget hotel, for a reasonable price you get a clean room and bathroom. But do not expect anything extra, other then that. Breakfast is basic, even no milk for your coffee or tea, but we had more than enough hot water for a shower, a problem that we had a several other more expensive places on our trip. But this is really a place you stay only one night, so you can get to the pyramids well before the tours arrive.
The hotel is lovely; it's a small haven in a small town that is very close to the pyramids as well as if you want to take a hot air balloon ride. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are mostly flat, if that matters to you. The staff members were all very nice and I liked having all the different areas to relax (courtyard, cafe, rooftop) besides my room. I also enjoyed the tea/coffee that was always available. The place is very clean and nicely designed.
The property. Once in the gate it's so pretty! Breakfast was lovely too and very helpful staff. Plus the Temazcal Ceremony, which is a sweat lodge led by a Shaman, on a full moon was a lovely touch! They booked our Hot Air Balloon ride, which made it even better value as it saved us 30% off the tour and included breakfast at the hotel which was a REALLY good breakfast! Here's my review https://youtu.be/Ezqi06PQdhQ
It`s a fantastic and very atmospheric place! We enjoyed the natural scenery and we really loved how the hotel building itself looks like. The territory of hotel looks beautiful and very well maintained. It was great to swim in the pool. All staff members are very helpful. The hotel situated very close to the Teotihuacan archaeological complex. There are many places around where you can try delicious local food.
The Hotel is very clean and very near to the ruins. 10 minutes by car.
Francisco the son of the owner pick us up from the airport .
I asked him how much it cost to take us to the aeroport for the sunrise balloon ride , back to the hotel then take us to the ruins after breakfast and gave us for free.
The bed is very comfy and all what we needed in the room were there.
Perfect location for visiting the Pyramids. High standard of accommodation, beautiful garden and common space. In the morning you can watch from the balcony balloons rising over Teotihuacán. At the reception you can prepare tea/coffee or find an interesting book to read. Special thanks to Camilo - very friendly, resourceful and hospitable owner!
The hotel is a basic affair with a bit of a garden in front. A larger grass field and some landscaping which is nice.
The property is lined with some trees which take away the promised landmark view though. You can barely see anything.
The shower is hot, has good pressure and works well.
The beds are fine and comfortable enough.
Good location. Short drive distance to the pyramids, walking distance to the town’s center and San Juan Cathedral. Good service and food at the hotel’s Restaurant. One block from Taxi service or walk to the town’s center. Get your own taxi. If the hotel request the taxi for you it doubles the price!
I wanted a hotel near the Temple of the Sun. The hotel's location was PERFECT! About a mile walk and I was at the main gate. If I return I will stay there again! It's only a shirt walk to downtown Teotihuacan. I couldn't have picked it better hotel!
This was a special place. Staff exuded kindness and generosity. I have been to 36 countries and stayed everywhere from Ritz to hostels and wish all hotels like this. This of course is not the Ritz but it is simple and clean. Cannot recommend enough.
We ended up getting to the hotel late and were up early for a tour but the room was lovely and the bed was huge and extremely comfortable! We were able to park our car in the hotel court yard as well which was very helpful.
great hotel, very nice to stay with a peacefull court. Quiet and clean. nice people. you walk 15mn to the center of the city and less than 30mn to the archeological site. i will come back
Great little hotel 5 mins walk from the teotihuacan gate. Local village is also a couole of minutes away with restaurants and shops. Also close to la gruta the cave restaurant
The location was perfect for visiting the ruins/pyramids. We walked there from the hotel. The value was great and the room, staff and restaurant were very nice for the price.
