Room air con worst, no sofa, no dental kit, no bottol water when I called reception they said go to corridor and fill up cup of water from water despensor, u will be lucky if reception will pick up ur call, bath room door was broken from inside and had fungus Fruits in morning breakfast was rotten, they wrote butter cake but it was lowest quality of banana bread available in market, Restaurant where they served the breakfast don't have air conditioning , Room air con very poor it took almost four hours to cool the room TV have only two channels. Matters springs u can feel on ur back my room was 610 over all worst staying experience in the end when I called reception for bell boy the receptionist rudly said I have bring my lauggage down by myself as they don't have any staff I said anyone from house keeping can assist but he said rudly no. Then at check out I asked for invoice and I got a page of paper very rudly It seems the management is not paying to staff well that is why they don't want to work properly seems the staff don't care at all

Nice, quiet and clean environment. I was surprised that the hotel had a complimentary minibar. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient, they were very concerned that they couldn't accommodate our request for clean sheets when we checked in. So when we told them all we needed was freshly laundered sheets, then it was easily resolved on their end.
