    I love the spa sessions , the staff is very polite and helpfull .i dont like the service from receptions and room service they took years to answer my fon call . Please upgrade the taste of the food at the hotel .. i love the hotel decorations . I hope everything can be improve on my next stay ..

    Its a balance town (old and modern), very strategic location...

    Its a balance town (old and modern), very strategic location especially the access to the highways. Quite near for a wonderfull Paddy Field Scenery. Value for money (Meals) spent for 7 people on Breakfast just RM50++ on Local Restaurant.

    Very nice place to be.

    Very nice place to be. Good for vacationing and escape from busy city life. Still can get connected to the world through fast wifi service while enjoying the serene environment. The Water Park looks fun. Would like to try it next visit insyaAllah.

    Convenient & easy access to all types of Good Food. Easy access to exit the Plus Highway either to drive to Penang nor up north. McD, KFC, Pizza, Lotus, Sunway Mall & Mydin are so near to each other.

    This accomodation is suitable for family stay.

    This accomodation is suitable for family stay. A whole house with 4 sizable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and well equipped amenities and kitchen. The whole space is spick and span. The area is spacious, safe and quiet. Eateries area are excellent in Bertam. My suggestion is , it will be great if they may provide an air conditioner in the living area as that is where family gathers and a microwave oven will be helpful.

    Kepala Batas is very scenic with various places to visit either for leisure or shopping. The location is not far from Penang city and has various shopping attractions for family. The public transport include bus from Penang Sentral and privately via Grab.
