I was there over a Sunday and Monday, a particularly quiet time of the week. I enjoyed the quiet town and relaxed pace of life. It's especially remarkable the number of bicycle commuters who go about their day in paced fashion.

Baarn is a small and quiete village. Very upscale.
Baarn is a small and quiete village. Very upscale. Picturesque. Very nice and helpful people. We were lucky to stay close to trainstation. There was no taxi anywhere. We walked 20 minutes to the hotel with bagage.

Always quiet, comfortable, and a lovely back yard, it is entirely convenient for me being three blocks from my office. Baarn is magical, especially on a bike at night.
