The room was on the waterside, was beautiful. Big room, with a big bathroom. The place was so quiet. Had a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Sommerwille, very welcoming host and lovely neighborhood. We traveled by bike which was an excellent choice of transportation.

Nice recommendable place, very nice owner. The concept is a bit ambiguous. A small kitchen within the room is nice if you stay for a longer time and want to prepare a simple meal or heat your take-away, but if you’re just staying for a night or two, it is a bit annoying to brew your own coffee and fry your own eggs. I don't mind a traditional brew for a day, but guests have gotten used to an espresso machine. Apart from that the breakfast with homemade bread is quite nice, though a bit limited in choice if you would stay more than a night.
Staying in an upper floor room means the roof starts at about 1,2 meter, which is awkward when you’re not used to it, especially when you’re sleeping at the wall side of the bed. I'm not a long person, but I bumped my head against the roof, getting out of the bed. If we would have stayed longer I would have moved the bed, but then the space gets a bit cramped. Beds are comfortable. No comment on pillows, we always bring or own.
The bathroom has the usual deficiencies we see in quite a lot of hotels and B&Bs. Not enough hooks to hang your clothes and towels, not enough light for a shave or make-up (or in the wrong place), no place in the shower to put your soap or shampoo.
Even though the gps brings you to your destination nowadays, a modest sign in the street would be a nice affirmation you’ve arrived.
These are all no big deals, one can live with them, but they brings down the points you want to grant at first sight.
