Such idyllic grounds, beautifully decorated suite and already warmed up. Gorgeous flowers awaited us on the table on arrival as well as delicious coffee, a fridge (we had brought Champagne). It's like having your own home away from home, very spacious, quiet and the surrounding area is beautiful.

Drove and took the backroads on my way to Gorinchem. Roads were narrow thru the country area and sometimes uphill and downhill. Laahavvvvv it!!!..it was a rainy/stormy weather and it just made me reminisce of the countryside were I grew from. The view and vibe was amazing. The breakfast was excellent, you name it, it was there: hot cooked breakfast, cold breakfast, fruits, various teas, coffee, too much to mention them all. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Not far from the main roads, easy to get to my family: they live at various locations in Holland. Why did I not find this hotel before?

The hotel is spread over 5 or 6 separate traditional buildings which have been very sympathetically modernised and decorated. Rooms were very well equipped and comfortable. Only negatives were the modern opaque glass doors on the toilet / shower cubicle and the stairs were very steep. Breakfast was really lovely and the staff very nice and helpful. Super people.
