Hello, overall my stay was good. I found the staff to be very helpful; I forgot my charger at the hotel and contacted them a few days later, and they had found it and sent it to me right away. Communication with them was very smooth and quick. This was a big plus for me, as I haven't experienced the same level of service at other hotels I've stayed at.

Super hospitable staff; Inge and Rocco are clearly people with a passion for hospitality and just overall warm-hearted and welcoming people. The authentic suit truly was very authentic. Breakfast was royal. The town was cosy. The place was clean. Candy, water etc was just there for the taking (on a free gift basis). Overall an exceptional stay !!
